I am a student taking lots of math and writing intensive courses. I have not yet found a better feeling paper under this price point. I pair this paper with a smooth pen for maximum satisfaction. Pros: - Smooth paper, great writing experience with pens. Paper feels almost like plastic sheets, not to thick, and the paper is not to stiff. - Exterior is vibrant, and durable enough, a little better than the usual. Cons: - Expensive, its worth it to me, but hard to justify at times. - These composition style notebooks do not fold flat all the way. It is much less noticeable in this product than in a traditional composition notebook, but it is also present. Verdict: Worth it if you want to try it out. If you like it, I would recommend buying the Kokuyo Campus Smart Ring Binder Notebooks (B5 if you like this size) and the paper (Sarasara Smooth Writing) separately, to save some money in the long run. Bonus: this one lays perfectly flat.

As a teacher, I love trying out different notebooks, and I’m so glad I gave these KOKUYO Campus Composition Notebooks a try. This 3-pack in pink, blue, and lavender is not only visually appealing, but the quality really stands out. The best feature by far is that they lay flat, which makes writing so much easier whether you're taking notes, journaling, or planning lessons. The college-ruled lines are neat and consistent, and the paper quality is excellent with minimal bleed-through. These have quickly become some of my favorite notebooks for both work and personal use. Stylish, practical, and thoughtfully designed, highly recommend!

These notebooks are absolutely great! They look and and they are great to write in. I noticed instantly that the paper isn't like your usual notebook paper. This one is a little thicker and your hand just glides across the sheet. There is no bleed and they arrived in great condition. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Omg! I love these notebooks soooo much. Great for school, not to mention paper quality is amazing. Feels so much better than writing on regular paper. Bright colors but are vulnerable to wear and tear but that's just cause I'm not too gentle with them. Great price and usually gets you though a whole year. No bleed with most pens.

I bought these for my daughter. She hasn’t had the opportunity to use them yet, but I can already tell the paper quality is excellent. I love the dotted lines, they’ll make it easy for her to draw tables. The notebook colors are nice, and they even include a few stickers for personalization. While they are pricier than US versions, what sets them apart is how the notebook lays completely flat, making it much easier to write on both sides of the paper.

The notebooks have very smooth and thick paper. When I use a fountain pen, the ink doesn't leak and very little feathering occurs.

Pretty and lay flat easily. Just one of my journals came a little bit bent at the corner. Otherwise, amazing and smooth!

I love writing on these things. Using a pen on the paper they use feels so smooth. I personally don't like using pencil on them because of the smoothness but it definitely works for both.
