For me, it takes over a month to start seeing the results. This isn’t enough of a supply to really be able to tell if this biotin works. I’ll assume it does and it has the amount recommended if you are taking it for hair and nails.The recommended dosage is 2 gummies per day. Each bag contains 12 gummies, so a bag is one day short of a full week. I’m not sure why they did this. The four bags will leave you a few days short of a full month. It’s unusual to see for a supplement. I feel a bit like I was short-changed.They say they are made in the US, but they give no actual address. There is only a to\ll-free phone number. I Googled the company, and they are located in Portland, OR. I find the lack of specific information on the packaging odd, and seeing it just gives me more confidence in the product.I also didn’t see any expiration date on the packages, although mine seemed “fresh” at least from the perspective of the actual gummy. Again, this is just something like want to see on the packaging for supplements.These tasted okay: not too sweet or too tart. The flavor is strawberry. According to the label, they actually use elderberry concentrate for flavoring. They are easy to chew and don’t stick too bad to my teeth.There are tons of biotin products on the market. There wasn’t anything that really stood out above the crowd to me for these biotin gummies. Indeed, there are a couple of areas I would like to see improved upon. I ended up finding these just an average biotin supplement.
