Absolutely delightful olive oil. You can taste the fruitiness and green vines in every sip. It also hits with a punch of heat on the back of the throat. Superb and worth its weight in gold. Our go-to OO.

Great olive oil with fruity and peppery taste
I have been looking for a reasonably priced and high quality olive oil. I've tried about eight different brands. This one hits the sweet spot in terms of price performance. 500 plus polyphenols, it tastes pretty good, can you get that nice peppery feeling in the back of your throat. This is the best around this price point. I have tried some other more expensive olive oils with higher polyphenol counts that I like but honestly you're not getting anything more out of it. 400 + polyphenols is "good enough". I also tried the snake oil brand which is around the same price. Comparatively this tastes better than the snake oil and is more consistent bottle to bottle in terms of the pepperiness in the back of your throat.

Expensive but great 🫒
Love the earthy taste and sharp smell . Drizzle of this over bread or hummus or feta is a delight. I wouldn’t use this for cooking it looses its aroma. If you love olives intense version is the way to go. Great quality olive oil. Little expensive for an olive oil but worth it.
