This is by far the longest and best review I’ve ever done on Amazon… for a reason! The chairs arrived on time. I like that they were both packaged in the same box. They were super easy to get out, I just turned the box on its side and they slid right out. I am very tiny and I have balance and back problems but still they were just that easy. They were both completely put together with nothing for me to do except for remove them from the plastic protector bags and then open them which I liked a whole whole lot! They opened and set up very very easily. The locking mechanism works perfectly. They go from sitting up like a regular chair that I can pull up to the patio table to reclining either all the way or just a bit or as much as I want just by easily pushing on the back of the chair while holding onto the handles on the sides. For me, the whole chair is wonderful but the best part is of the lumbar support cushion! It makes a world of difference! I’m even thinking of buying some separately for my regular sitting up chairs. I much prefer being outside to being inside so in the evening I often put one of the regular chair cushions onto this chair, put the lumbar support on top of that, throw a blanket over me, and enjoy the outside while being very comfortable. During the times that my body is feeling better I have no need of the cushion and it is still very very comfortable. Considering how inexpensive these were I just cannot see how anyone could possibly go wrong getting these! The one that I am using I put up-and-down many times a day depending on what I am doing and then I have one that is locked in the sitting up position and it is pushed up to my patio table. If you’re considering getting one of the more expensive ones, don’t! These chairs are perfect!

I ordered these one day and got them the next . Talk about service! You can’t beat that! They are a little lower than I thought they would be but they are so comfortable I love the extra width. Wide enough to be able to sleep in and sturdy because they are made of a steel alloy. The cup holder is extra nice because it not only has a place for your cup but also for your phone and tablet. Super deluxe!❤️

Excellent quality, weight and comfort; however packaging (two in a box) looked like it had been through a war-zone. No protective padding used in box. Small pieces of plastic on bottom of box from broken locking knob. Affects ease of tilting somewhat but too much trouble to send back. No assembly required.

great deal. came ready to go, just unfold. i also bought the little trays that just snap on the arm very easily. holds your wine, beer, phone, snack. handy. set them up in yard for when husband got home already loaded with a wine, cheese and dead, and so relaxing. use them every night now. only caveat is that if are a little “wider” these maybe aren’t for you.

I bought a set of two in the brown color. They arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled, were packed well, and easy to remove. The chairs are much heavier than I expected, very sturdy and well made. At first, I was a little put off by their weight, being used to flimsier ones I could easily toss around and pop open and closed, but I got the hang of opening and closing them quickly and now I appreciate their solid comfort and stability. They are very attractive and super comfortable! The elastics that connect the fabric to the frame give just enough to make the seat feel soft, which is important to me as I have had some injuries that can make sitting for any length of time painful. The pillow can be moved around to support either the neck or lumbar region. It's easy to adjust the degree of recline. All in all very happy with these chairs!

I own other gravity chairs and my family loves them so I figured I could not go wrong. The chairs I received are a cheap excuse for gravity chairs. The first thing you notice is the material sags too much and you are sitting on top of a metal bar that is very uncomfortable. The second thing you notice is the locks on the side are very cheap and do not function properly, they do not hold the chair in place at all. The third thing you notice is the plastic arms bend every time you recline. There is no way they will hold up.The disappointing thing the way returns are handled. You are subject to a min 20% return fee and possibly up to 50% plus the buyer pays for return shipping. Until they are done with the return fee and return shipping you might as well keep the junk because you are not going to get any money back.

These chairs really let you relax and read a book, maybe sun. Great to dry off after getting out of the water.

I was so pleased with these chairs. I am short and they fit me great. However after owning these they had rusty areas after being out on the rain 1 day. I had only had them 5 days! Beware, they are advertised as poolside outdoor chairs but after seeing hiw quickly they rusted this us clearly not true. On the positive side, the customer service was very responsive to my complaint. They offered me a small discount of the original price to keep them which I did. I believe if I had sent them back they would have just ended up in the landfill. I will enjoy these chairs probably for one season but will need to repaint the rusted spots. I would suggest sticking with aluminum outdoor furniture
