PS4 Evil SHIFT

This controller is hands down one of the best purchases I have ever made. I’m a gamer who generally plays shooters and sports games, but the controller can fit to any style of game. The four remappable paddles are super easy to format and use. I had originally bought a Scuf controller and it was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent, but when I found out about this Evil controller I quickly purchased it. I would recommend purchasing an Evil controller, instead of a Scuf controller because they are 150% more reliable. I’ve been mainly using the controller for Fortnite & Rocket League and I cannot express how much the controller has helped my gameplay become more smooth and accurate, while also being extremely comfortable to use for extended gaming periods (6+ hours). Also, this controller is super cheap at $160 because you essentially get all the features of a Scuf controller for about $40-$60 cheaper, plus when you take it out of the box it actually works unlike the Scuf controllers. If you have the chance to purchase this controller you will not regret it, I guarantee it!!!!

First let me say I spent 6 months looking at custom controllers, reading reviews, asking friends who have them. I built a controller on every website. Some were just too expensive to get all the features I wanted($260 for Scuff) and others were made in Europe. I did like the Battle Beaver Customs, but I just couldn't see myself playing with a BBC all day long.Now this controller...IT'S AWESOME BUY IT! Had it close to a month now and have put quite a few hours on it. Works great, back buttons are easy to program and great to use. It did take some time to get used to them though. Triggers are super sensitive and again take some getting used to. Great controller worth the money. The reason for 4 stars is for the lack of instructions. Yes it has instructions for programming the back buttons but none for hooking it up or charging it. I did call their customer service but got voicemail. I did leave a message and did receive a text message from them pretty quick but had it figured out by then.

I've waited about a month to write a review so I could give some honest feedback, & this is honestly worth the price tag. Especially if you have Prime and want it same day. It's very light like extremely light. The paddles are in a very comfortable place. You honestly don't need to lift your fingers for anything. The rumble feature is taken off so if your into the rumble & weight then this may not be for you. However if you don't care for it, then this controller is boss! Really from improving the speed in which I do things to the sensitive triggers and the extended joy sticks offer a more minute movements. I used it for Fortnight, H1Z1, BF1, BF4, Ghost Recon 4v4, hell I even use it for less demanding games like Madden, or NBA 2K... It's a great controller paddles are super responsive. I just wish they had more colors, you can create your own on there website but comes out more expensive and getting it delivered ASAP is costly. Versus being a Prime member and getting this guy for essentially their base price, but you can get it same day, At least I did. 4 star product I'm happy with it.

I purchased this controller last year. The buttons on the back align with your pinky and ring finger. This took some getting use to but was able to adjust after a month or two. So you will have an advantage over other controller players, until the controller breaks...Just one year in, the analog sticks are chafing. The residue falls into the controller causing a delay in reaction time. You'll have to blow it out to resolve this issue. My left analog stick also cracked and is constantly falling off (note: I do not throw my controller EVER and do not press hard on the sticks) On top of these issues, the controller wigs out sometimes, turns a deep pink color and the extra buttons don't work at all. There is no fix, you just have to wait for them to start working again. The bottom left button on the back of the controller now only works half the time which is really annoying. Overall, fun while it lasts but for almost $200 I was really hoping for better quality.

OK, I am an older person. This controller is too sensitive for me to use effectively. The programmability of the paddles is really nice. I decided to review this when my pastor's son came over. We both play "No Man's Sky" on the PS4. So I let him try the controller. He absolutely fell in love with it. He had the control necessary to actually use the controller properly. So I gave it to him. If you have good hand control and reflexes, I believe this controller will help you excel.

Two months of solid use and everything is still functional. For anyone who wants a scuf controller I highly recommend this product instead. In two months on my scuf I had to replace my thumbsticks and one of the triggers broke and is overly sensitive. Also you can map any button to the evil buttons where on a scuf you are limited to like eight buttons.Almost half a year and still no wear and tear. Grips on thumbsticks are still not worn out at all. All buttons are fully functional. Love this controller.

Was good til it broke less than a month later. They offered me a refund & evil shift gave me a discount and free shipping on my next order but it was too late. My business went to scuf impact. Worth it. Evil was okay...

Ordered one last November 2018. Within a week had to send it back for a faulty button. I rolled with it thinking it was a fluke and wouldn't happen again. After that, I've had the same issue 4 more times. Since I'm past the refund time-frame, I have no option than to keep sending it in every time the same issue arise. Very frustrating.
