Nice and tight fit on my elbow. Pain is gradually subsiding.

So far so good.
So far so good. A bit too early to give a definitive verdict, but I’m satisfied so far. I have been dealing with a bit of annoying tendinitis related discomfort on my elbow. I had been trying to manage it with topicals, but they didn’t work very well. The fit is good, not chocking tight, but tight enough to provide support and relieve the discomfort @70%-80%, which is quite good in my opinion. Take this for what it’s worth, considering I’ve never used these products before and really have nothing to compare it to.I have tried certain movements and loads, with and without the sleeve, and I can definitely feel the difference in the level of discomfort.Figment was pretty spot on, based on the size guide. I measured around the elbow, and the measurement said I should get a Large. It was a bit too tight the first time I pulled it on and left some impressions on my arm and bicep when I removed it. After the second day, it stretched just enough to make it comfortable for all-day use. It has yet to stretch any further.I would recommend it for the same issue I’m dealing with. Small investment for the positive results.I will update the review after I’ve had more time using the sleeve.

Tight, But They Work!
I fractured my elbow about 9 years ago, and it tends to flare up if I lift weights incorrectly. It gets very sore several times a year, and tends to kind of pop out of place. These were just delivered and I tried one immediately. They are very snug, but that’s what you want because it holds everything in place. Nice amount of stretch but they would be uncomfortable to wear all day. However, the minute I put one on, the pain stopped! I no longer feel a grinding when my elbow bends, so I will certainly use these when it pops out of place.. I wasn’t expecting something inexpensive to work so well!

Thick and they pinch but not terrible.
They are right and relatively comfortable if you aren't being too active. Moving or even just resting with your arm bent at a 90 can cause some pinching and discomfort in the inner elbow. They do help as a conscious reminder to go easy on your arm while it heals. I got them for a bad case of tennis elbow and will sleep with them on or wear them when I'm just lounging around the house. For more active times I just wear a traditionally arm strap.Definitely hand was them before use, they have a lot of residual dye.

Very good arm band & excellent customer service from company!
So, I have had "tennis elbow" in my right elbow for around 3 + years. It comes and goes, but is especially acute in the summer when I play a lot of golf and tennis. The first elbow sleeve I used years ago was a copper fit and it worked good, but the material stretched way out and it became less helpful. Then, I bought a "generic" (knock-off copper fit) on Amazon...again, stretched way out. I decided to try a different type of material and decided for the price (& you get two) to try these Sparthos elbow sleeves. I ordered a small, b/c I wear small in everything....and I was super excited when I got it and put it on...however, after 1.5 of playing tennis, my arm and hand had very little circulation, as the small was obviously too small. About that time I got an email from the company asking how the armband fit and I emailed back and said it was too small...they asked for my measurement and then said I needed a size large (I was so surprised by this) and then sent me a set (size large) right away. They did this for free and told me to simply give the smalls to someone else. They were so very helpful and their customer service was SO GOOD! I feel happy I used this company. I got the large set yesterday and have worn the armband for two days...I still thought the large would be too large, but it actually fits very well and DOES NOT (so far) stretch out or slip down! Also, the material is thicker and I really love it! It seems to really help my elbow pain. Honestly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and these sleeves to help with tennis elbow. I will recommend and buy again when/if these sleeves wear out. Thanks to Sparthos for their great customer service! ALSO, please use the measurements they provide--they are right! I should have done that from the beginning, but just ordered small anyways....use their sizing guide and these are true to fit and you will not be disappointed!

Follow sizing instructions and these will work fine!
I've been looking around for a good set of elbow sleeves to help with recurring tendinitis flareups, and I think my search may well be over. These sleeves have about the same heft as your basic Ace brand sleeves -- not your basic Copperfit glorified panty hose type sleeves. As such, you can expect them to get a bit warmer, but also provide more solid support -- both of which I consider to be "plus" features in practice. When I wear these sleeves, I do feel a considerable reduction in pain. It's not a cure-all, the pain is still there, but definitely reduced. To be able to say that without the use of medication or ice is a very good thing. Now, a word of caution. Measure your arm at the elbow joint, exactly as they tell you. In my case, I measured just a tad under 13 inches. That puts me squarely in the XL range. So that's what I ordered. And when I opened the package, I thought there had been a mistake -- either that, or they accidentally shipped me knee braces. So yeah, they may look kind of big. And they ARE kind of big, but just because they're meant to be worn halfway up the biceps muscle, unlike some elbow braces. Overall, the fit is good -- not tight at all, but also not loose. I would describe it as snug, just enough to leave a few marks after wear. And in practice, they do what I was hoping they would do -- reduce the worst of my tendinitis pain. Mission accomplished!Highly recommended.
