Poor Quality
I had this chocolate while visiting Peru, so I was very excited to find it on Amazon. Every bar was covered in a whitish coating. It definitely chenged the taste. It cannot be returned.

Blooming Bad
I think the candy was stored incorrectly plus the bars are full size, not mini bars. What I wanted is shown on the left. What I got is shown on the right. This is "blooming," when the ingredients separate and the candy loses its rich, brown, creamy color.
