Nice ,works well . Built heavy duty

Very heavy duty construction and dependable flame ignition and control. BUT, when I first tried the torch it failed to light. I found the problem was with the spark wire was not inside a small spring in the torch head. Maybe during assembly? Once I placed the spring over the wire it worked flawlessly ever since. Probably one of the best purchases I've made in a while. FIVE stars even though I needed to fix the starter wire.

I bought one of these last summer and have never used it that much but, now that I need to use it, it will not work. I mean I hear gas and I see the igniter light but it does not light so i looked for the videos to clean the tip. Mine does not have any diverter plates in the tip and when you unscrew the nozzle the spring is super flimsy. It appears to be a well made product until you need to clean it then you see how cheaply made it really is. It is pretty much worthless now. If I were you I would spend another $20 and get the benzomatic. The last one i had lasted over 25 years. Where as this dominox did not last 6 months.

Well built and solid Out of the box igniter was acting up but after removing the tip and adjusting it .it is working since then I have used it quiet a few times . I like it .

Appears well made & solid in the hand. Functions as expected & a step up from my slightly melted p lastic bernzomatic torch . This has good control & the solid metal handle feels good in hand. Only concern is the trigger button is plastic & feels cheaply loose, will see how it holds up. I suspect the bernzomatic edition of this torch that looks identical, at a higher price point is simply Chinese manufactured parts assembled in the USA, so this manufactureer probably uses the same parts & assembles in China & sells here at a lower price, so this is probably identical to the torch that is " made in USA". This torch seems to work very well & functions as described in the promo video. Mosty a well made torch.

Update China Seller is great and easy to work with which is a much better customer service you get from Amazon They sent a replacement from China which did not work either They continue to work with me so I am satisfied this will turn out great They are easy to work witj

Hopefully it lasts, its amazing. You can adjust flame, turn it on and there is a hold button of just hold the button while it goes. Automatic on works really well. UPDATE: The igniter started to fail about a month into the purchase. The seller resolved right away. Now its developed a new issue, its leaking gas when you attach anything right from a little hole in the neck. When it catches it sets the whole thing into flames, very dangerous! Avoid.
