Fits my Dermapen perfectly, good value for money
These Dermapen/microneedling 36 pins replacement heads screw in fit my Dermapen perfectly. You get 12 in the set and they come in a handy plastic box to keep them up together. Each replacement head is individually packaged. They’re easy enough to screw in and unscrew, and work really well when doing a microneedling session on my face. Cannot fault them at all and really good value for money.

Didn't fit my pen
Doesn't specify what type other that bayonet which my pen uses but doesn't fit in so waste of time, would be beneficial for them to include what pens they are compatible with
