Not particularly high quality, but what do you expect at this price?Getting the installation right was trial and error. No problem, just took time.The base rusts extremely easily. If you ride in the rain as much as I do, this could be an issue (a common issue with bike parts in general and cheap aftermarket parts in particular). Use a sealer on a regular basis and this shouldn't be much of a problem.Otherwise, the backrest works. It gives lower back support on longer trips. That's what it was bought to do, so it is functional. For everyday riding, the backrest is easily removable and will fit in a saddlebag.

I bought this for my 2011 street glide. Fit great, easy install and works great. This thing is way beefier than I thought it would be. It weighed in at 4lbs 13 oz for the backrest and mount. Would recommend

Excellent, high quality product!! As good as the harley versions at a fraction of the costs (I have owned them both)! Fits lik a glove on my 2018 Road Glide, love the “bonus” pocket on the back of the rest, multiple combinations of rider settings. I highly recommend, any poor reviews given must have come from people that can’t even turn a screwdriver! This is the real deal!

I have to remove the whole motorcycle seat to adjust the backrest

Instructions were xeroxed and unreadable. Very little padding. That being said, it was cheap. For what i paid, i couldnt expect kuch more.

I’m only giving it 2 stars because I couldn’t use any of these bolts. Luckily I was able to find some laying around that I could use. Had it had the right hardware I would have rated it better. Also the plastic housing that the headrest slides into was cracked. This is a kuryakn knock off so you can check them out for better directions. My bike is a 2004 flht standard.

I just love my back rest I don't know how I rode so long with out it. especially on long rides my back is fully supported and it was not expensive like so many back rest that I look at. The installation was very easy.

The quality appears to be okay. The directions are poor and one of the major bolts was missing. The worst part is that you cant adjust it forward enough. I am 5’9” with 10 inch Yaffe bars and find that the backrest doesn’t really support my back while reaching forward. Perhaps if I was 6’2” or so, it would be excellent.
