I added the sign to my man-cave wall of old vintage oil and gasoline signs. made of good qualitymetal.

I was kind of shocked to find out that there are actual Sinclair stations still around—in fact, apparently quite a few not very far from me. But to me, this sign and logo remains 100 percent nostalgic. These stations were all over when I grew up more than half a century ago, and as a little boy, I loved the big dinosaur models that were at many of the stations. And, as I learned a little more, the name and logo seemed totally appropriate, considering the origins of gasoline and petroleum.So when I came across this sign, I HAD to have it, even though I really had no place to put it and it wasn’t something I *needed.* It really looks nice, and though it’s 12” around (the same size as an LP or pizza), it seems substantial.At first, I hung it outside my house, by the entrance, but then I worried that, since there ARE Sinclair stations around here… someone might stop for fuel, lol. So I hung it in my garage, where it works perfectly.I’m going to be a little overly critical—when I (carefully) took the sign out of the plastic wrapping, it already had a little scratch on it. That must have happened before it was packed at the factory. Nothing major, and you have to look close to see it.The other really minor thing is that the two holes are not exactly aligned with the printing, imo. I was going to hang this from one nail in the top hole. But, suspended by just that, the design didn’t hang exactly centered. Again, not a big deal since it comes with two pre-bored holes. But I’m still not sure their predrilled holes line up exactly. Again, these are very picky comments.Overall, I really like this sign, it seems well made and it puts a smile on my face every time I’m in my garage.

I recently ordered the 12" x 12" Sinclair Dino sign. I love all things vintage, and this fit the bill. It's a round piece of thin tin. The colors are vibrant and there are two small, predrilled holes (top & bottom) to hang up. It's actually going on the side of my hand-made firewood rack, and I am excited to see it up. If you want a vintage style sign without paying vintage prices, you should consider this.

I ordered this sign for hubby's garage. It is a little small, about the size of a dinner plate. The quality of the printing is good, and looks just as pictured. Unfortunately, it's very thin metal and there is no protective cardboard packaging around the sign, it's just in a plastic bag, so it arrived dented.

This is a well made piece. It will bend if you want it to, but it will not flap in the wind. I assume this is being hung on the wall--it's plenty sturdy for that. The colors are accurate and the texture is eggshell, which I prefer over a glossier, smoother surface. I have to take off half a star for very minor inconsistencies in the paint job. Will this 1/2 of a star be rounded up or down? I'm rounding up because it is only $13.99 and I love everything else about it. If it were a dead pixel on a television screen, that would be a different story!>4.5 stars :) Highly recommended!

The sign is a high quality 12" circle with an authentic logo and vivid sharp paint. This will be an excellent edition to anybody's garage/bar/man cave :)

I ordered this for my partner is who a mini obsession the with green dino. These gas stations are pretty rare where I live and we get excited anytime we see a green dino. It a cute sign to put up on our shed that adds to the quirk of our home and yard. It's noticable and familiar, the sign is a good size and is all metal. It has done well so far outside in the rain.
