It also gives the history and relevant points to see .at the end of each swim chapter the authors give information about the swim route and distance . The best tide to swim . Swim highlights to look for . Points where you can rest along the way . Potential hazards . Dogs allowed or not . Parking facilities and public transport to get to the swim . Most importantly where refreshments are available after your wild swim . Last year I swam with some friends to find the Juliet Cave at Oddicombe beach but was disappointed in not finding this . Hopefully with the help of this book we will be more successfully . The book is a handy size and will fit in your swim bag easily . I look forward to doing some more swims this year with the help of this great book .

This book is a must for your swimming adventures in Torbay. Easy to follow with lovely pictures. It lives in my swimming bag and is used on many an evening to plan my next adventure.
