Herbin 21600T - Metal roller pen with cartridge, Black

This is a quality pen, which unusually combines a rollerball tip with standard liquid ink cartridges. I always assumed there must be some technical reason why a pen could not be made like this, since I had never seen one before--but I'm pleased to report it gives a steady, reliable ink flow, and writes very nicely (even after a period of non-use). The overall finish belies the modest price, too. Would make a great gift for any age.

Love the fact that you can use cartridges and therefore choose the colour, but as other have commented it does feel a little scratchy when writing and it feels a little small unless posted.Am I glad I bought it? Yes, but it could be better.

I already had the clear plastic version of this pen, and loved it, but wanted something more durable as I found the plastic easily cracked. This pen is exactly what I wanted and I bring it everywhere with me. This is not fountain pen but does use fountain pen ink. I would definitely recommend!

This pen hardly writes. It is very scratchy and tiring to use. I would not recommend it.

I love this pen but it's the 2nd one I've had now. They both last a few months before they get very scratchy and became a pain to use. First one the cartridge ran put and it was never the same after that, this one I watched like a hawk yet even still it lasted a few months from new, never ran dry and yet got scratchy and won't go back to how it was before. Now looking for another fountain cartridge roller ball as I love the concept.

so nice to have a roll ball to use with real ink, beautiful writing in a range of colours.

Pen doesn’t work tried everything

Ottimo peso perfettamente bilanciato. Punta leggermente rigida, ma potrebbe diventare più scorrevole con l'utilizzo. Perfetta tenuta dell'inchiostro.

Looks like Herbin no longer includes a free ink cartridge with the pen anymore. Mine was missing the expected free ink. I had gotten the demonstrator version before with a cartridge included.

Ideal para llevar en el bolsillo por su tamaño. La escritura es buena sin manchones ni goterones.

Very good pen. The writing is not fine. Its somewhere between fine and medium
