It arrived on time and it was what I ordered. Unfortunately I had to return it, not because there was anything wrong with it just that the line that came with the mini split was long enough. When making bends you loose footage compared to a straight run. I had a couple bends and I had no idea how much I would loose making them. So I bought this for backup to make sure I had enough. Turned out I didn’t need it and returned it, but it was just what I would have needed if needed. No issues with returning it.

This was not a bend, one of the pipes was completely twisted within the insulation. It didn't even leak, it just made noise when the mini split was turned on!

Worked good. I had to buy a part to flare the hoses and cut the pipe but was cheap to buy and have forever now!

I liked that this was in an unusual length which is what I needed for my mini split. The same day I purchased another linesets with a shorter length thru a different vendor. This brand has insulation that is significantly less than what came with the other linesets from a different manufacturer. In the photos, the lines with the gray insulation are from a different manufacturer and you can see the foam is more dense and much larger in diameter to really help hold temp and protect the lines from the heat of the sun. The linesets in this review has much thinner insulation. The thinner insulation also does not help protect the line very much while installing and the line bent and got a kink in it. Whereas the other manufacturer with the thicker insulation was run through the same area and did not kink. I'll fix the kink and the lineset will work as intended, but if the other vendor would have had the 33' line in stock I would buy it over this one any day. Ughh, I'm still installing this lineset several days after my original review, and it is kinking everywhere. If you let the weight of it drop the line a bit you are likely to get a kink. I was able to cut and flare out one end that kinked and it flared ok, but when cutting the copper it kept bending and collapsing under the pressure of the cutter blade. I ended up having to get a new pipe cutter blade and took 3 times to get a good clean cut that I could reflare. Next time I'll be sure to buy from an actual Heating and Cooling supply company to get better quality.

The copper is NOT quality. it is different than the original line set. it does not bend a good as a good quality line set. it collapses rather easy it would be perfect for an installation that does not have sharp bends. I was rather disappointed we tested bends on old line set and new line set there is a huge difference. this is the 10th unit I have installed I will never buy a cheap line set again
