Still working great after a year-My summer Must-Have
I’ve been using this mosquito repellent device for a whole year now, and it still works like new. It uses liquid repellent, which is easy to replace and lasts a long time. It’s super effective—I barely see any mosquitoes in my room, even during the hottest summer nights. It’s quiet, compact, and perfect for bedrooms. Highly recommended if you’re tired of getting bitten all summer!

Is it on?
The led is off or red, but from what I read the led should be white or green if on and red if off. Cant find anyway to contact the seller or ask for clarification.

They work well even with aggressive mosquito species
These repellers have done a great job of driving/keeping out mosquitoes from our indoor spaces despite the large numbers of irritating blood suckers lurking outdoors. Our region has had a serious uptick in both "yellow fever" and tiger mosquitoes (which are prolific daytime biters) populations as a result of unseasonably frequent rains this year, so it's inevitable that some manage to get inside when we go in or out to our backyard no matter how diligent we are about quickly closing the sliding screen door.Prior to deploying the repellers (one downstairs and one upstairs), I got 6 bites in one day while sitting in our family room reading the news, and my wife got 4 while in our bedroom. Periodic bites were kind of given during "the season", but that was worse than we had ever experienced. In contrast, in the two weeks of since we started using the repellers, not a single mosquito bite. One reason that we opted to try the Q5 units because the repellent refills are less expensive and have longer runtimes (claimed 280 hours vs ~120 hours) than competing products' consumables. To help manage repellent usage, both repeller units are plugged into Smartthings-controlled outlets which are activated by S/T motion sensors to avoid running them in unoccupied rooms. So far, this approach hasn't resulted in any opportunistic bites despite the 15-minute warm up that the diffusers need after powering on.

Wish it came with two plug in things
I wish it came with two of the electric thing. It doesn’t smell it seems to work but only the room it’s plugged in. It doesn’t stretch. Easy to use and it produces little smoke if you look closely otherwise it’s okay.

INEXPENSIVE AND IT WORKS!
Living in Florida we have been using this outdoors on our patio for over three weeks now. I turn it on in the morning and turn it off about 16 hours later. There's still about half the liquid left in the first vial. So far no issues with mosquito bites. And since I'm a mosquito magnet that's saying quite a bit.Previously we used Thermacell, which also worked well but was considerably more expensive. And I had to change the pads and cartridges often, a messy process. This works as well at less than 10% of the cost.I know the product says for indoor use but we've had no issues using it outside. The only problem was how to anchor it so it stayed right side up since our outdoor electrical outlet was too far from our seating area. We used an extension cord and put the device in a short box surrounding it with paperbacks to keep it upright.
