Great training aid. As with any tool, consistency and proper use are key to good results.I have an older dog of 9 years who barks occasionally at the deer and wildlife around my property. Just acquired a one year old German Shepard who learned to bark from the older dog but took barking to a whole new level.The old dog responded well to just the beep, so much so that she responds when she hears the younger one get beeped.As for the younger dog, she can be stubborn. Sometimes, she responds to the beep only. If she doesn't, I move up to the vibrate and she generally responds. If she's being really stubborn after a couple vibrates, she'll get the shock, which makes her yelp and turn tail and run. I hate doing that, but she's only gotten the shock like 5 times in the few weeks I've used the collars.As others have mentioned, I do NOT like the metal strip they supply for thicker fur. It's razor thin and just as sharp. Would've been better if they simply supplied a longer set of probes.I now only use a collar on the younger dog. It allows me to have a fully charged collar on hand when I think one is losing its charge, so, even if you only have one dog, I recommend the two collar set.The beep is high pitched and annoying.The vibrate is just a slight buzz.The shock is variable, 1 to 16, but my dog only ever noticed it on 16.Others have said the remote feels chintzy, I disagree. It feels light but not cheap. It's simple, easy to hold and easy to navigate. I've had it for about 3 weeks and it only dropped to 2 bars on the battery from 3.All in all, I highly recommend this if you know what you're doing.If you're expecting instant results by simply putting a collar on and pressing a button, you'll be sadly mistaken.

I was impressed with the durable construction of the collar and the transmitter.It worked very well initially, but after about two weeks, the shocking stopped functioning. I ended up returning it, and was reimbursed very quickly..

Excelente collar de entrenamiento para dos perros. Se ve de buena calidad y funcionamiento. Vienen 2 correas y un control. Lo que me gustó es que es opcional el usarse aditamentos para modalidad de shock.. Además de su botón de seguridad de apagado.

Perfect training collar! Easy to charge, works great just using vibrate. After a few weeks I just have to have the remote in my hand to get the desired behavior. Having two collars is an asset as well!

Only downfall is there is no labels on the colour to tell which dog you are buzzing besides that they were great quality and aesthetically pleasing
