For a refurbished computer this was juat what we needed. Good price. Still working great a year later

Negative Reviews For A Reason........................
I read negative reviews and bought the Dell name. They are lucky I gave them 1 Star. It is refurbished and out of warranty. The wireless mouse and keyboard do not work. I found out since then the little USB gizmo is for that but the literature makes no mention of it. Hard wired are OK. I added a CD Drive and an external HDD and File Manager sees both of them. I took the hard drive out of my other machine and installed it using the cables in the machine to add a secondary hard drive. File Manager does not see this one. I looked up some stuff on line and tried the F2 and F12 boots. All the diagnostics came back fine. I looked into the BIOS and got nowhere. Dell charges $59 just to send the machine to them in a box they provide and then they charge $60/hr. to fix it. A local store here in town charges $100/hr. so back it goes. Spend a little more money and buy a new Dell or something similar, not a refurbished one. As a side note, this machine is much faster and bug free than the old Lenovo I had.

A productivity beast for the price—just mind the OS limits
I picked up this Dell OptiPlex 3050 to act as my main home office hub, and with the 32GB of RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD, it is incredibly snappy. I often have 30+ Chrome tabs open alongside Excel and a few background apps, and I haven't seen a single stutter. What impressed me most: For a compact desktop, the multi-monitor support is a huge win. I’m running a dual-display setup via the HDMI and DisplayPort, and it handled the configuration instantly. If you're doing heavy multitasking or light creative work, this configuration offers tremendous value compared to a new entry-level PC. The Catch: The only major downside is that the 7th Gen Intel processor isn't officially supported for the Windows 11 upgrade. While it runs Windows 10 perfectly and likely will for a long time, you should be aware of this if you're looking for the absolute latest OS features. Verdict: If you prioritize raw speed and multitasking over having the newest Windows version, this is an absolute steal.

Packaged well, arrived on time, everything worked as it should, clean and looked like new. Would purchase from here again.

Exceeded my expectations. Wireless mouse didn't work but I prefer my usb connected mouse.

Excellent PC for the Price
The package contains a PC, wireless keyboard and mouse. They are clean, no dent and no scratches. I verified that everything works well. It has i5-6500, 32GB RAM, 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD, built-in WiFi/Bluetooth, 1Gbps Ethernet port, HDMI and Displayport, USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports, DVD RW drive. If you are looking specifically for Intel AX200 Built-in WiFi 6 or Bluetooth 5.2, this PC did not have them. Instead it came with 802.11ac WiFi which is still fast and Bluetooth 4.0. Seller did give me a partial refund. Overall, I'm satisfied with this refurbished PC.
