I have two dogs, and I’m a very busy mom! This product is so helpful for my busy schedule! A little hard to get it set up, but once you have it set up it does its job! So worth the money! I recommend this product to anyone and everyone!

Easy to set up. The app I could see, can be confusing to some. When you get in the app, make sure you click the proper item or the feeder will not connect. I got the 2.4 no camera feeder. When you select the correct one, it links up instantly.Very easy to set up feeding schedule. It is in military time. Had to play with serving size a bit, but got it perfect. Can program it to say a message to your fur babies at feeding time. It's great. We're on day 3, and they acknowledge when it's time to eat.This will only work with SMALL food. So cat food, or puppy sized food. Anything larger will not go through the dispenser. We've cycled it all the way through, and it will hold enough food to feed our 4 cats, for 4 days! Great great product. Very happy with it!!

The media could not be loaded.  Wasted because app doesn't work. Will never connect to device.

Feeder works well, 1 flaw is that the cat managed to tip it over and it didn’t dispense the next feeding, so just something to be aware of if you are planning to use it to be gone a day or two.

This is the second automatic feeder I've tried. This one works manually but is difficult or impossible to connect to wifi. The problem is the instructions could be better written and provide a clear step-by-step sequence of things to do. After pressing buttons and trying to put this unit into connect mode, I gave us. At one point, I did have it connected, but you cannot program the automatic feeding from the phone. Nice try, but take it back to the drawing board. For buyers, look for a better product.

First off, I have 4 female cats. 3 of them are 4 and 1 is 6. I had to go away for a while to care for my mom and hoped that this would be the ticket to feeding my cats without having to have a neighbor do it.Well, a week in, I'm 400 miles away and it goes off line. Like an idiot, I did not put the batteries in it for back up. My one good neighbor is technically illiterate so she just fed them until I got home.Upon arriving home, I discovered that the feeder must be in the path of the Feline 500 that runs my house every night, because everything was unplugged, the feeder was on its side and the bowls were found in various locations thru the house.I plugged the feeder back in and turned it upright and it started back on its cycles IMMEDIATELY! I was shocked! Best part about anyone wondering if their cats can get in it, I can truly say that if my 4 savage sharks couldn't get it open, then it's not happening.My future purchase plans include 1 more for my cats and 1 for my dog. These are the best and I literally have nothing bad to say about it.I will have the batteries in it when I go back to my mom's house.

Overall, I liked this product. However, I hated that the unit could not be programmed without the use of an unfriendly phone app. If the unit could indeed be programmed with the integrated display, I was unable to find any instructions in the small fold-out manual included. Long story short, I had to remember to manually dump food twice a day for the cats while on vacation. At least that worked...

They sprint full speed any time this goes off. I use it for three cats

Needed this for my two cats. They would push each other out of the way with the one tray so I bought this one. Works good. No idea how to work the front buttons so I just do everything on the app. Happy with this purchase

Do not buy! Instructions are garbage and don't even have the same buttons.Only supports older 2.4 wifi. No reset or Bluetooth button.Such a waste of money! Cheap Chinese garbage
