Great product and better customer service
My case came without the pod holders and customer service sent me a brand new case the very next day! Can't beat the service. Very happy with all of itUPDATE: OK, I hate to do this but I got my new OUTIN case the next day but I didn't have the chance to open it til a few days later. Same problem. No Nespresso pod holder. I think having a human being helping is at times better than some bot. If anyone is reading this out there plz send me the missing piece. I give up on the CHAT approach.... if anything, it's a great little product

Good for organizing your outin espresso machine
This makes my life way easier especially when I go for camping with my outin machine. It would hold everything I need for making espresso. And the bag itself, it is really well-made!

Great purchase
I love this machine. It makes create to-go espresso for camping and hotel stays (where you can't get good/convenient spro). Customer service for Outin is good, too. I had a broken piece and they resolved the issue (with picture proof) and sent me a new lid promptly.

Not worth the Money
Definitely NOT worth $40 ... the bag did not include the insert that holds the espresso cartridges in place as advertised ... the bag that was included with the original design was much better. ! VERY Disappointed with Outin ...

Great Traveling Case for OutIn
This is a well constructed traveling case for OutIn. Due to its compact size, it has only 4 slots for the Nespresso pods. I usually remove the sponge and am able to put a few more pods. Be careful not to put too many pods because you may end up denting the pods. If I anticipate drinking a lot of espresso during my trip, I put the extra pods in a separate box or a ziploc bag.
