I was pretty skeptical of buying this because it seemed pretty expensive. Many of Tomtoc's own, similar packs were around half the cost. It turns out this one is worth every penny. I ordered five different packs from Amazon (and one from Best Buy) and tried them all out. I returned all the others, even though this one was more expensive because it's ultimately perfect. The interior space is excellent. It stands on its own (literally). It has dedicated pockets for my laptop, iPad, and sunglasses, plus a place for papers. It's got space for two water bottles, but they get out of the way when not needed. The interior is largely orange, which makes finding things really easy, since it's a high contrast color. The quality is excellent, well made and good looking. It looks professional, works perfectly as a carry on for a plane, but can also slide onto my luggage for easy carrying. It's fairly lightweight and has good water resistance, even at the zippers. Overall, best purchase I've made in quite a while!

Have had this backpack for over a year now. It has travelled with me all over the pond a couple of times now. And it is truly one of the best purchases I have made. I had no issue with the compliance on the airlines. And it does offer great protection and organization for my electronics. Love the high visibility contrast of the inner lining. I have drived it daily in my commute to work and to other events. I looks professional and is pretty sturdy. I does feel a little bit boxy at some times, but that is a vibe that goes well with me.

I have been using this as my every day carry for 5 months now. I love this backpack. It has dedicated pockets for my laptop Lenovo e550 15.6" which is quite bulky, an extra monitor MNN Portable Monitor 14 inch FHD 1940*1200P usb c....(also bought on amazon if you want to check it out for dimensions), all my different chords/chargers, I use the internal water bottle holder to store my laptop charger, extra toiletries for the the gym, and more. I love the fact that the outside water bottle holder stretches and doesn't feel flimsy so I can use my different sized water bottles. The main compartment isn't huge, but it has enough room for me to pack for a weekend trip or put in a dry bag to carry gym shoes and gym clothes. It is a bit of a tight fit and I have to make sure I compress it and make sure I pack it in such a way that it will fit correctly in the space provided, but it works. Some reviews I read before buying were saying that people didn't like it because it doesn't fold as much as other bags, but I actually like the rigidity and the way it keeps its box shape so that I can set it up and access everything as needed. To each their own I guess. The zippers and strong and high quality, but my one gripe is that they leak a little bit of water into the bag. I got the xpac version for water resistance because I commute by bike almost every day. The few times it has rained, water has gotten into the front pocket and has gotten into the top of the laptop(!) section after a 20-30 minute bike ride in steady rain. The cushion material on the straps and on the inside which is great and comfortable normally kind of acts like a sponge when it gets wet. I just take out things from the pockets that get wet and leave it open and unzipped for 30 mins-1 hour and it dries out just fine. This is the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me.
