Better than the officedepot overpriced junk. This is one solid chair. Unfortunately just recently, the cylinder sinks. I took the cylinder off the piston and used black pvc pipe to fix the sinking, now it stays exactly where I need it. It has held up well otherwise. Very happy with it. It's comfortable and feels solid. It was easy to assemble. It looks fancy. It supports my back but I do wish it had a head rest, but hey it checks all the other boxes.

My son absolutely loves this chair! We've tried various chairs over the past few years (and had to throw them in the trash after six months), but this is the only one we found that he really enjoys and seems to be true to its word. It's spacious, comfortable, the height is perfect, and made of high-quality material. Not to mention, it's super sturdy and easy to put together. I'll be sure to keep you posted on how well it holds up over time, but for now, he's extremely happy with it.

Got the box today and assembled the chair. The pros are: (1)sturdy and strong, (2) the first half which is the undercarriage is easy to assemble, (3) adjustable height if you are tall, (4) nicely drilled holes and good screws. (5) good padding and comfortable and I hope it lasts (6) the instructions are easy and good and there is a video showing the assembly steps, (7) I ordered the brown color and it is a deep rich and expensive looking color and much better than black. The cons are: (1) the tilt seems minimal even after turning the dial under the chair to the maximum, (2) I am 5 foot 7 and the lowest height is a bit too tall but I can live with it, (3) The assembly of the back to the rest of the chair is difficult - I had to turn the chair onto its side to do each one - it is a very tight fit and you must be fairly strong to wedge the back between the arm rests. The first side was the hardest since the opposite side was not yet anchored. The second side was easier since although very tight it will snap into place once the screw openings line up since the metal holes protrude a bit.

I am 6"4 (1.95m) and 411ibs (186kg) and this chair is fantastic. The cushioning is very plush and comfortable for long periods of time. The adjustable height is perfect for my long legs. The piston and overall product feels sturdy and dependable.Overall this is a fine chair for larger people and the product price is great for the quality and comfort I received.

Easy to put together and can hold the weight.

Love this chair. Hate whoever put the stickers on the arms of the chair. It took me a long time to figure out they were labeled wrong ,left was right and right was left. I am 6ft and 350. It is nice to have a chair,that I am to light for. This chair is solid as a rock, so far, I will be back if it does not last at least two years.it is easy to put together ,once you realise it is tagged wrong. I even tried longer bolts and washers.then I realized the inside of the chair arms have to be flat. Would of saved me a half hour.Also the gas shock is heavy duty, so far it does not slowly leak down. This whole chair is built on solid metal and a wood base underneath the chair covering. I am so happy to play about a hour or two of Fortnight and not have my butt hurt.and I don't mean butt hurt from getting sniped, although that is true also.:) if your tall. And heavy or just heavy, this is a very good chair. Also I think this would be comfortable just. To sit in or watch tv.anyway I am a happy camper. Almost forgot it made from the East coast to the Mississippi river in two days. Can't complain about that. And the FedEx guy brought it rite up to my door. Not a small lite box.

Really disappointed with this purchase. Seat is wide like reviews stated, however seat is not comfortable. Chair is padded everywhere except the seat portion where needed. Further disappointment to notice after assembly that one arm is lower than the other making chair look lop sided.

Best computer chair I have ever owned. I have had them from all the way up to 500$ 30 years ago. This chair is head and shoulders the best. It was also easy to assemble.

Male-6'-1 1/2" tall, 300lbs. This is the 3rd office chair that I tried in house before returning the other 2. I have been to office supply stores trying out their big and tall chairs, to no real comfort level. Was getting real frustrated trying to find a chair that did not squeeze my hips in the width and one that was deep enough for my bosom that I did not feel like I am going to slide out of. It is really hard, if your a heavier person to find a office chair that truly fits! Width on chair between the metal arm brackets is 23 3/4". Depth in the seat is 20 3/4". I just wish that all of these office chair manufactures would state the true measurements of the seat. Depth of seat should be from the front of the cushion to the the front of the back rest not to the rear of the back rest. Took it home and assembled it. SUPPER, SUPPER comfy. As other reviewers have said. "It sits real high." Switched the factory casters to aftermarket no marring casters which lower the chair a 1/2" (2" casters). I immediately felt the difference. At the lowest setting for height, it is perfect for me working from a desk. If I want to rock back and forth I am on my tippy toes, unless I am wearing shoes. If height is a real problem Amazon sells aftermarket lower cylinders in the 20's. After lots of searching and trying out, I have to say that this is the most comfortable/best deal of an office chair for someone of my size. Absolutely recommend this product. Fit and finish and assembly real good! For the price, you can't beat this chair for the BIG AND TALL people section. And it is big. Way better than I have found anywhere else. There are probably even more accomodating office chairs out there for the BIG AND TALL crowd. But you'll probably spend a heck of alot more money trying to find one. Most comfortable office chair that I have found so far! Real happy with the chair, highly recommend to the BIG AND TALL crowd!

Très confortable

It is a big chair. Finally, my fat ass enters it comfortably without having the sides poking inside my hips and tighs. It is taller too... and even at the lowest, it's still too high for my feet to rest on the floor properly. I will need to order a foot stool. But i don't matter, as i'm very happy with the support and padding. Now, time will tell how this chair is gonna age, because i'm a big woman!I was able to assemble it alone in around an hour, and would have been less if i din't have the need to wrestle with an armrest.

It was not as easy to assemble as I thought however I finally got it figured out and it work perfect now
