I bought my wife a pearl necklace for her birthday which cost close to $200 and my 5 year granddaughter wanted to wear it so we let her wear it for a day or so but I didn’t want her to ruin it so I bought her this necklace for her she loves it but probably lost it by now.

This is a sweet little fake freshwater pearl necklace. I can tell that the pearls are not genuine because I can see where some of them came out of a mold, and on some of them the pearlescent glaze hasn't been completely applied, leaving them dull-looking. That said, the overall effect of the necklace is pleasing. It can be worn choker-length or slightly longer and dresses up an outfit nicely. I should mention that the color of the "pearls" is a bit creamier and less of a true white than the product photo. It's not a problem--just something to know.

Very nice and looks expensive, I was expected smaller size, but still love it.

I did not expect a high quality for the price. But when it arrived some of the pearls were ground flat on one side, probably to deal with imperfections. It just didn’t look right.
