This dryer is professional and it has different settings!I am a licensed Hair stylist, and I especially love the adjustable hood ! I would highly recommend this dryer to everyone, especially hair stylist! It’s perfect for Salons with smaller spaces and for home use . Great buy and I would definitely purchase again!

This dryer is light weight; and a good value for the price. My local beauty supply had the same dyer in store priced at a little over $200. I purchased the warranty because I saw that a few reviewers had some mishaps with the hood popping off from the pole. Upon my examination I found that you need to secure the hood to the pole by screwing it several times; until you can no longer screw it. If not, the hood will appear weak and pop off; the dryer should be ok if you handle with care; The highest heat setting seems to produce the hottest heat; so great for deep conditioning and sets. Pole allows for height adjustment; and bonnet has ample space. You can even break it down conveniently and store in the closet if space is an issue.

I bought a Gold N Hot hairdryer ages ago, and after countless blow-drying battles, she finally gave up the ghost. Naturally, my wife immediately declared a state of emergency—because apparently going without a hairdryer is not an option for curly-haired humans. So here we are, round two with Gold N Hot, and honestly? They’ve leveled up. The new IONIC button has my wife acting like it’s some kind of magic spell. She presses it and suddenly her curls behave like they’ve signed a peace treaty. If you’ve got curly hair, this thing is a must. Worth every penny—and possibly your marriage.

I was so excited to get this dryer. I have curly hair it it never looks better than when I can sit under the dryer to lock in those curls with diffused hot air. This dryer is lightweight, easy to put together and while not the sturdiest dryer, it's still secure (and it would likely be sturdier if I didn't have it on carpet). It has settings for high and low of which I have only used high but it works well enough for my needs. And while it doesn't have the most volume of little blow holes, like I said, it does the job well enough ( I clip up my long hair so its all inside and can get fully dry). I got it on sale and Id say it was worth it. However, we'll see how it holds up. That will be the real test... tbd!

This thing is AMAZING!! It stands just fine, doesn't seem top heavy to me. Maybe people are assembling this thing wrong, however it does go up pretty high so maybe that could be a problem. I kept mine low because I'm sitting in a chair. Its light and easy to pick up to move around or roll. If you are a curly girl and sick of drying time this thing works like a charm. The air seems to blow downwards and gets nice and toasty. I never leave a review but I over-thought this item so thought I'd share, JUST GET IT!

The heat from the dryer is great, but the build quality is cheap. The piece that connects the head of the dryer to the stand is plastic and cheap. I literally heard a loud noise and when I walked into the room, the plastic piece cracked and the head of the dryer crashed to the floor. This should not have happened for the price I paid for this item.

This would have been a great hair dryer however the plastic piece that connects the dryer to the pole split after just a few months. The dryer hood is too heavy for it. Customer service is responded but they do not even have a replacement part to send even if you offer to buy it yourself. When I asked them what can I do to fix it, as in what parts to I need, where can I get them, how can I fix it? They just say its the bracket and close the inquiry. I have a regular hair dryer and after several years a plastic part broke and for that one I was able to buy a replacement part easily on amazon. I am disappointed and frustrated because the dryer is otherwise nice and still works but is unusable since it can not stably stay on the pole even with duct tape on the broke plastic part.

First, putting this hairdryer together is super easy. Just wanted to get that out of the way. When using it for the first time, however, the fan sounded like it was perhaps not put together "evenly" - lots of rattling, and the hairdryer smelled EXTREMELY hot...as if something electrical was burning. I chalked it up to it being new and just breaking in. However, the second and third time I used it, neither of these matters seemed to be rectifying themselves. I actually had submitted a return request for it and ended up buying another, smaller hooded dryer. The smaller one didn't dry my hair as quickly so I thought to give this one one more try. I'm glad I did. I didn't sit quite as far under the hood which immediately stopped the "overheating" smell and the fan seemed to stop its rattling. I guess it was user causing the problems and not the dryer!!! LOL!! Anyway, this dryer dries my hair quite quickly and leaves it looking shiny. Doesn't seem to be damaging. Glad I bought it (and kept it!!)

So easy to assemble which is great because it didn't come with a manual. It dried my hair so quick I couldn't believe it. Best investment. I hope it will also last long.

Okay. So I got this for my birthday and was nearly about to post a negative review because what happened in the negative reviews happened to me & I was like oh I want my money back even though it was gift. Pretty much the top has to screw on to the pole part, it’s takes a while to get on that’s why when I initially tried to do that when I first got it I thought it wasn’t meant for that. Anyways mine is cracked for all the times it’s dropped from not being stable & now that it’s securely on, it’s not going anywhere. I wish I could tell the people who wrote bad reviews, but IYKYK.

I use this when I get migraines. My last one last eat 2 years and that is constant use since I am a chronic migraine suffer. Does not dry out my long very thick hair and dries it fast when I use it with wet hair
