These Herbal Sleep tablets came as a surprise for me . I've struggled with occasional insomnia for years, and these tablets has been a game-changer for me. Not so sleep inducing! Ashwagandha of good quality is better.

Not working at all , waste of money

Don't buy, its useless

Well it is a Very Good and effective Product . Its reasonably priced compared to other sleep aids, especially considering the quality . Its purely herbal which makes it non habit forming and atleast I will not be dependent on the tabs for my sleep in long term . I am satisfied .
