Biona Organic Cracked Linseed Gold 500g (Pack of 3)

Recommended these by my dietitian. I could not find 'cracked' linseed in my local supermarkets so purchased these from amazon. They come in three separate boxes, with a silver foil bag of linseed in each one. I sprinkle them on cereal in the morning and also put in milkshakes, or add to stir fries. They need to be taken with plenty of fluid as they absorb moisture.

I have been using Biona Organic Cracked Linseed Gold for years, I can manage my IBS by taking this each dayand have very few symptoms since I started having this with my cereal each day( about three desert spoonfuls)Other Linseeds too course these are nice and fine and are the only ones I could take.

Arrived on time.3 packets of 500gr.Will last me quite a while, cheap and it is so good for me I think everyone should have a couple of spoons of this a day.It will help with all congested digestive systems too.Wonderful product.

I was a bit wary about putting something like this into my diet but as it had been recommended by my doctor I thought I should at least give it a go. Pleasantly supprised to be honest. Love it on cereals and nice in yoghurt.Haven't tried the cheaper versions and probably won't bother now.Started to use this to ease constipation when actually recommended by doctor. Checked out cracked lidseed before purchasing and the list of medical health benefits was quite surprising.

An excellent product Lonusut gold is no longer available. I tried other alternatives which were failures. This one is really perfect. So relieved I found itIt is good for the vowels

Have bought this before without any drawback but this time the best before date was only a week after delivery.
