Best hydration
This is the perfect on-the-go drink for me. Helps me make it though days when im not eating as much as i regularly do suck as durin powerlifting meets. I also replace it for my PRE workout on days I'm lucky enough to have 2 gym sessions, or if im working out late. Two thumbs up for the pineapple-mango flavor

Better than Liquid IV
I’m impressed—especially since I run and lift large volume as part of my routine. Ambrosia has great flavours. The pineaple mango offers a refreshing tropical taste that’s not TOO sweet, which is perfect since it has no added sugar, and it mixes well with water without any grittiness. As someone that does an 8/16 fast, I’ve noticed I stay hydrated and, surprisingly, not hungry during my fasting windows! (That was the main reason I wanted to try) Def recommend!

Hydroglyph is a game changer! I’ve been purchasing this product since it was first released. This is my fav personal flavor, i intermittent fast from 7pm to 2pm the next day and this is what i sip on throughout the night and through out the morning. The product itself works great but combine it with ‘Ember’ and Normabidity’ works even better!
