Kinda pricey but worth it.
With each tin I made a small salad with the fish and made a sandwich for work break. Really good.

Very oily. Some need refrigeration before eating or they don’t taste good. Too expensive for what you get. Not good flavor for snacks. Sorry I bought them.

Protein snacks instead of fat or carbs
I really appreciate companies that offer variety packs. I usually order them so I can select which products I like, but these samples were all so good I might just order more variety packs. They're all very tasty, and my body does better with protein late-night snacks than sugar or pastries.

I really liked the lemon trout the best. It's a good introduction into the world of tinned fish!
