It came with a screw on top and a separate pump insert. It smells okay. Not too perfumy, but there is a distinct scent.

There are no instructions provided for the proper use of the merchandise. I am frustrated with repeatedly explaining the reason for returning the product. A case in point is the cushion grip for denture, which nearly damaged my mom's denture due to false advertisement. It was worse than a super glue and would not come off from the denture. Please don’t allow products to come in the US without instruction in English.
