The pan heated & cooked evenly & very well. Eggs & sausage did not stick at all. I cooked 2 small faux sausage, then 2 eggs over medium, then 2 more eggs. No cleaning in-between. The eggs lift right off to turn over. We have an electric stove, this is the only pan that's heated evenly & fairly quickly on our stove. So far I love this pan. Light weight, easy to hold handle. Going to try tofu next.

Works well for a multitude of cooking projects. We love that it cleans so easily. Food didn't stick to it and it tolerated higher heat.

This product caught my eye because it is $100 cheaper than it's highly advertised, look-alike hex-pattern competitor. I figured I'd give it a try and I am so glad I did! I have some of the hex-pattern competitor's cookware and this griddle is JUST AS GOOD as the high dollar brand name cookware in a hex-pattern. It's not too heavy, definitely does not feel cheap in any way, heats evenly, has a fabulous, durable, non-scratch, non-stick finish and I couldn't be happier. Pull the trigger on this one, y'all. It's that good, at a great price and I will be purchasing more of their cookware. You won't be sorry if you pick this one.

It looks solid I just installed the handle but have not used it I will come back if there is something that goes wrong...looks and feels great. And the free scre driver they include is a nice touch!

Purchased on a whim, but everyone in my house likes this pan. It has a nice weight, not too heavy but feels sturdy. It heats evenly and nothing sticks so clean up is super easy.

This is a great pan, and if I had ever made a crepe before, then I would have realized that this is an awfully large crepe pan, and that I should have ordered a smaller one. OH well live and learn I always say. I'll just have to get better at it.

Plastic handle smells when hot. They should have made something that can take the heat without letting off some fumes. Other than that it seems to do the job well.

Just an outstanding quality pan. The finish is excellent, much improved from the old Teflon style cookware. Build quality is tip top, only unusual thing was the handle is separate and is bolted on by the user (so far no issues with that). The handle itself is smooth and comfortable, lovely tactile feel.

you have to attach the handle, but it attaches well and they supply the wrench. use it for general cooking. low sides let the moisture escape well
