Great sugar alternative, clean taste
I really like this monk fruit sweetener as a replacement for sugar. It dissolves well in drinks, and the taste is clean — without the bitter aftertaste I’ve noticed in some other sugar substitutes. I’ve used it for baking as well as in lemonade, and it holds up nicely without affecting texture. The sweetness level is strong, so you don’t need to use as much as regular sugar, which makes the bag last longer. Overall, it’s a healthier alternative that still gives me the sweetness I want.

I would never consider using any other product
Whole Earth Sweetener Co. Stevia and Monk Fruit Sweetener, Erythritol Sweetener, Sugar Substitute, Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1,000 Stevia Packets (Packaging May Vary), 70.54 Ounce===============================================================================================Whole Earth Sweetener Co. Stevia and Monk Fruit SweetenerAs a type II diabetic, I have not used regular sweetener in years. But, I have ordered and RE-ordered this Stevia and Monk Fruit Sweetener here on Amazon time after time, and I fell for it from day one. It has now become my "go-to" sweetener for everything that I consume, general kitchen preparation, or any dish requiring the addition of sweetener.I would never consider using any other product, AND, this particular quantity has proven to be a great value for me, because I only need to order maybe once during the year, because the box contains so many little individual packets, that I seemingly NEVER run out! I pack them EVERYWHERE! In my glove-compartment, for the quick order of coffee on the way to work; or other quick trips that require sweetening. The taste is absolutely amazing, and unlike some other sweeteners, there's no bitter after-taste after using this. Just great flavor. As far as ingredients, functionality, Smell, or mixability, I just absolutely do not sweat the small stuff. This is a great substitute for pure cane sugar, and it's at the very top of my list, for any dish, or recipe requiring sweetener.

Favorite Sweetener!
My favorite non sugar sweetener ever! No weird taste. Been using this for years. I discovered this sweetener a few years ago at Starbucks. Love at first taste.

Great value sweetener
No noticeable odor, no detectable bitterness, dissolves very easily. The ingredients are eythritol, monk fruit extract, that's it.

A "healthier" substitute to Splenda. Special NOTE below for the company and future customers!
I have been looking for a "healthier" sugar substitute for a long time. I am and have been a big user of Splenda sweetener. I am also getting into eating more healthy, organic foods, less chemicals..etc. I've been reading that Splenda may cause issues with gut bacteria, causing bloating, and possible other health concerns. To me, it tasted so much like sugar and even tastes great in hot liquids/coffee/tea. I have tried Stevia alone - bitter, Monk-fruit - no sweet enough, same with Erythritol. My brother recently purchased this Whole Foods Sweetener and gave me a few packs to try. I was immediately impressed with the taste! Looks like the combination of all those 3 natural sweeteners into one product does the trick to my sweet tooth. It was not as sweet as Splenda, maybe 75% as sweet, but it also held pretty well in my coffee after nuking it. :) I had to add half Splenda/half Whole Earth Sweetener to really enjoy my coffee. I am hoping eventually I can drop the Splenda and use Whole Earth Sweetener as my sole sugar substitute.NOTE: I received my box of 1,000 individual packets of Whole Earth Sweetener today. I noticed on the nutritional label the powder in each packet is 1.5 grams and if you look at what is displayed on the Amazon page of sweetener, it has 2 grams in each pack. So easy math... I was suppose to get 2,000 grams of sweetener but only got 1,500 grams. 1,000 packets x 1.5 grams = 1,500 grams. So I got 25% less product than I paid for. I immediately contacted Amazon and spoke with a kind representative. I asked if I could please either get a 25% refund or have them send me another 333 packets. She quickly processed a full refund and did not require the product sent back. Kudos to Amazon's customer care. I did ask her to inform the company to please correct the picture displaying 2 grams to reflect the 1.5 grams that they can expect to get when making the purchase of this sweetener. So the company: please update the picture, and to the customers, I hope my review and observant eye helped you out on this one. Overall, it is a good product, just nice to get what I paid for. :)

You need this!
This is my favorite sugar substitute! I know that the price can be a little bit of a deal breaker, but a little really goes a long way, and I am just obsessed! This does not have the typical aftertaste that many do, and that I think is my favorite thing about it. My husband loves using this to make his coffee, but one complaint that I do have is the seal! I have bought a couple already, and it always ends up breaking or not working, so if I am paying a good price, I think they should fix that, but other than that, GET IT!

WTH is Happening With This Price Increase?!?
I have been a repeat customer of this product for years now, and although it’s been a bit more expensive than the comparable products, I felt it was worth the price, due to the consistent quality and great taste… But this RIDICULOUS price increase, from $7.99 to over $17, is absolutely insane!!! This is supposedly distributed from Illinois (USA), so I can NOT understand the ridiculous price increase (gouge), that has happened within a matter of weeks?!? Unfortunately, I can no longer be a dedicated customer to this Whole Earth brand, as this price gouging, is forcing me to find a more appropriately priced comparable (natural sweetener) product going forward. And this is extremely disappointing!!
