I don't often write product reviews but this pen does not work. There is no charge, and when I tried to return it, I could not. I'm in the process of contacting customer support now, and the seller, but who knows if I will be able to return the item. I’ve had this skin tag pen / removal kit for one day.Update: The product photos and description changed from the electronic pen that I originally bought. The pen is suppose to have an electronic charge to remove the skin tags, which mine did not. Now this company is selling a patch to get rid of skin tags. Buyer beware.

So I have sun damage spots and lots of moles. None were cancerous or of concern to my dermatologist but I didn’t like how they looked. I couldn’t afford to have them removed because it was considered cosmetic. I’ve had my eye on this plasma pen for a while and decided to pull the trigger. It does sting especially on sensitive areas. But they healed quickly and I plan on getting rid of more on my face and body. I’m thrilled to have found a solution.

Poor instructions - doesn't tell you what setting it should be on nor does it tell you how long to leave it on your skin tag or wart. I am returning it so I'm not sure how the product actually works.

I bought this because I have several skin tags around my neck I'd like to get rid of. Just used it to remove a skin tag, and it works!The instructions could be just a bit better, because they say to press the "On" button to start using it. You actually have to HOLD the "On" button while you're using the device for it to work. Took me a second to figure that out, but once I did it was game on!What it's actually doing is using a small electrical current to BURN the skin tag (or mole or whatever) off. It sounds like that would hurt, but it really doesn't! It kind of feels like a light pin prick. It doesn't instantly burn off the skin tag. It takes a minute, but it does get rid of it. You do have to put up with the smell of burned skin (if not familiar with that, it smells like burned hair), so if that's a hard no for you this product probably isn't for you. I've cut skin tags off before, and they bled like crazy. The good thing about this product is that since it's burning off the skin tag there's no bleeding. The burning of it cauterizes, which prevents bleeding from occurring.If you can deal with the smell of burned skin, I highly recommend this product! I'd definitely buy it again. And I think the price is very reasonable!

If you depend on some negative reviews, you won't end up shopping. I bought the laser skintag/ wart remover and it's 100% worth it. The picture shows after I removed every skin-tag. I forgot to snap the before. You can only feel the laser on your skin when it contacts. Use a tweezer to lift tag, and burn bottom off. Im very pleased. You can't see the laser spark just by looking but you will smell the burn as it cuts off the skin. Also, I used a tattoo numbing cream which amazon also sells. Over 10, the pain is 1 or 2.

Can't turn on cant use poor product

Removes moles and skin tags very fast. Gets hot immediately and burns off moles with minimal effort. Be careful, it gets hot and burns off moles fast so go slow. Best ever mole remover!
