This RC car has taken an absolute beating, I bought for my son but found myself using it. The rear wheels did stop and it was a wire that needed soldering back on (easy fix), We also snapped a shock (Glued it back but they are a few quid to replace or even upgrade else where). to note we have been expecting this to break with the amount of jumps , flips and smashing into things this has had but it keeps on going lots and lots of fun which has led us into finding fun with RC toys... I've now bought him and myself larger, faster RC trucks as we have a park with lots of space. but he does use this, I have given this 5 stars despite a minor fault with a bad solder joint because of the cost, durability with our use and giggles it has given both of us... I made a smally ally plate to protect the front as we have ground the plastic down from constantly smashing into tarmac / concreate... Its a lot of fun, they are modable and parts can be had very cheap to replace OR upgrade if you are technically minded.

Was great to start off with...my son loved it. He only used on tarmac, not off road, and the battery seemed to last for ages (20 - 30 minutes). After 2 or 3 outings, one of the batteries just failed to charge, so luckily the car came with 2 batteries, so now we were down to one. After a couple more uses, the car would be intermittent to go forward. Then we noticed something was rattling inside the controller. The car then didn't turn its full range, and seemed to be steering off to the right despite the tweaking the trim. After 2 months of use, which consisted of about 8 outings on ONLY tarmac, the car was useless. Wouldn't go forward, and couldn't steer. My son isn't happy with Father Christmas! The 30 day return window has passed so I can't return. £60 for 2 months of use is very unreasonable, especially as it was only used on open dry tarmac. I am sure the 5 star reviews were given in the first few uses of the car.

Great toy for me & kids, comes with two battery packs, keeps you playing got longer, good 30min use per pack minimum. Charger is usb a, so easy to charge up. Car is very good quality, quick speed motor for drive, turn control is via wheel on controller, speed control is very good, option to limit top speed on small knob. Finger trigger for speed, sensitive for forward motion, some braking and reverse is useful. Plastic body, so can takes knocks and impacts well. Lights are a nice touch, looks cool and a bit more visible if outside on a residential road or pavement. A lot of fun!

What a great fun little rc. My two children bought this between them to compete against their other rc drift car and it has not disappointed on that front!It’s a sturdy little car which is super fast and handles great on different terrain, although does not like grass!The remote control is easy to use and great for little hands to hold.The boys like the fact that you can control the speed, fast obviously uses the battery life quicker which they found out!We’ve had one issue after second use where the back wheels stopped working, upon investigation the wire had come loose to the motor, luckily their dad was the hand and has managed to solder it back. Seems to be an issue as another reviewer has said the same!Overall a good rc car which we would definitely buy again! Tops all the others in similar price range in the usual toy shops around.

The media could not be loaded. Nice and zippy at full speed, can out run kids on short grass. Kids are still learning so can turn the speed right down so they can have a go without breaking it. Taken it to loads of places including the beach and everyone is impressed how well it goes.I did check the loose motor wires that other reviews mentioned and found they are glued down now, also noticed that circuits are coated in a waterproofing solution so quite impressed.The batteries pretty good, one battery can last up to 20 mins if taking it easy, however somewhere like the beach where you need to keep the power on full it only lasted around 8 mins.I never found the limit to the remote distance it just goes on and on into the distance.Overall a great buy for kids or adults

I bought two of these for my son's for Christmas '23. They are 5 and 7.I have replaced one fully as the suspension snapped. Even with the replacement, I have brought it and the other to a repair shop as they both turned into FWD only.The repairs cost me £30 each time, so overall it's been an expensive toy.The boys love to play with them so I can't fault it for the amount of fun they have, it just lacks durability.

Brilliant, Well built, Good suspension, It's that fast it does a wheelie, I have upgraded the batterys as they don't last very long but that depends on your terrain.. All in all I'm that happy with it I might buy another !! Upgraded batterys I have are 3000mah 7.4v and iv just custom made 2x packs of 6000mah 7.4v so my son should be happy!!

Since the moment we put it together one light was broken. Sad for a pricey product.
