Aminos don't taste great, typically. I like to put them in my big mornin cuppa joe. I also typically put cacao in my coffee. With that being said, with this new flavor, I taste nothing but yummy. Mixes easily and makes it easier for an old guy to get his protein.

I've read a lot of reviews that form their judgement because the flavor isn't perfect. Here's the thing folks, this is a dietary supplement for adding protein to your diet. It's great for weightlifting fuel so your body has an efficient way of utilizing protein for muscle growth. This is not a flavored drink mixer for your office water bottle you carry around. Nobody complains about the flavor of the antibiotics they have to take for an infection because it's about what it does, not how it tastes. Treat your protein supplement the same. Get a protein supplement that is processes efficiently, no fillers and extra calories, and has the highest utilization in your body. Mix it with water and knock it down with intention.

I was looking for a clean EAA because I didn't want the fillers. This one did not dissolve well and, after I received it, I noticed that it does not contain all 9 EAAs. I would have worked around the horrible taste if it contained all 9 essential amino acids and dissolved better. Don't recommend.

Great product... Horrible flavor choice... MOCHA Flavor (only and specifically) The smell gives me a weird beef jerky marinade smell, very weird, not appetizing at all. The taste... I get a heavy weird coffee...ish flavor with a hint of 'something'?... and a bit too much sweetener but definitely not a chocolate taste. I would love to see an actual chocolate flavor and other savory flavors. The new flavors (mocha and Iced Coffee) just aren't for me and missed the mark on the "chocolate" direction of mocha that they were going for. The 2nd/3rd stars are for the quality of the aminos... Great product at a great price that I do feel a difference when taking.

Do not buy this if you want to put it into shakes/smoothies! I've heard this amino brand is the best. All of what you want and none of what you don't. However this powder tastes so bad, you won't be able to drink your shake. Go with the capsules/tablets or a different brand.
