Not exposing my family to harsh chemicals
The media could not be loaded. I am loving how beautiful these are in person. I was very shocked how easy the handle went on and came off. I appreciate the material it is made out of and gives me some better peace of mind when serving my family meals. It stacks perfectly and fits perfectly in my cabinets. Dinner basically slid off the skillet with nothing sticking . Cleaning was super easy no need to put my whole body into it. Overall functionality is easy and very impressive.

OBSESSED
Ive been looking for a replacement for my teflon coated pots and pans for some time now. I had been eyeing ceramic sets but the price tags were hefty! I came across this brand and ended up deciding to give them a try. I've made 3 different meals with them so far... Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, orange chicken (which has a sticky glaze) and picadillo. All of these meals were easy to clean up after despite appearing to be stuck on. A little hot water lifted the orange glaze right off. Everything else came off with just water before I even washed them. I've also noticed that all of my meals taste better. My 7 year old who is usually such a picky eater everywhere we go (including homemade food) has told me everything is delicious. I dont know what it is about the pans but I definitely noticed something different. I absolutely love the detachable handle which lets me store these stacked up without 3 handles being in my way.A few things:•I made sure to follow instructions on seasoning them before the first use. Clean them, dry them well, add oil and coat the whole surface, set them on mediumish heat until they start to smoke, turn off the heat and set pan aside to cool.down naturally, wash again and dry completely before putting away. This is supposed to make them truly non stick and I can definitely say it works.• They don't offer a large variety of sizes unfortunately so getting a large matching set is nearly impossible (my previous set had about 10 pots and pans). I did find a larger deeper pan from the same brand and ordered it separately• They are not made in the U.S.A. which was what turned me off to them initially but I hope the ceramic coating remains durable and good quality since the cost was so low• They don't recommend using dishwasher with these because it could damage the coating. If youre a fan of putting your pans in the dishwasher, these aren't for you.• i was using a silicone sponge and dish brush to clean the few items i dont put in the dishwasher. I tried those on these pans and they didn't clean well. I pulled out a normal sponge with the rougher back side to it and that 100% cleaned the caked on oil right off. So now that is the sponge I'll be using to clean these.100% recommend this set to anyone looking for an affordable upgrade! Huge plus that they're such a pretty color.

SO AMAZING I’M BUYING MORE!
We love these pots & pans!! I love that they are free of toxic chemicals and heavy metals! They are lightweight, easy to stack, easy to clean, simply amazing. The only concern I have is that the handle can lose a little bit of its firm locking after a bit. I will say that we take extremely good care of these pots & pans. You have to follow the cleaning and proper handling instructions that come with them, if you want them to last. Despite what the instructions say, I only hand wash them, I don’t use them in the oven (although you can), and I don’t use extremely high heat. Some people report the handle burning, I have an induction stove top so my handle has never once burned or even gotten hot. Again, do not use on very high heat! Do not use any brushes or scrubbers either, it is not even necessary. I always clean the pans after I use them. You can wait to wash them until the next day, but I don’t recommend letting them sit in water, they can soak, but not sit. DO NOT GET THE HANDLE WET. I always clean the handle with a damp paper towel and dry immediately after. It is a lot of care and extra steps to take care of these if you want them to last. But why would you pay for pots & pans and treat them like crap and then get upset when they are scratched or damaged? I’m a firm believer in spending some extra time taking the proper care of things so they last and remain functional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you’re willing to take good care of them.

Best "modern" pans
I decided to get these because the design reminded me of a restaurant I used to work at that used these giant cast iron pans and they didn't have handles, so we had these special metal clamps for carrying them out of the ovens. That's almost what its like. The handle is like a really iron grip clamp.I was worried about the design of the actual handle, but that thing really grabs the pans and has a locking mechanism. Everything is well-made. They seem like they'll last years.Even if the handle goes missing, these are still amazing pans.I broke in mine with a roast. I seared it on the stove and then popped it in the oven. Absolutely nothing stuck to the pan, not even the slightest. They're super easy to clean and I really love that the bottom of the pans are the same material and aren't straight metal. The bottoms of pans always get so much residue and have groves were stuff just naturally accumulates. The bottoms are also coated in ceramic, so its just as non-stick as the rest of it. They're clean, tidy and if anything should happen to them I'd definitely get another set. I love them.

Compact storage. Wishing there was a lid for the big pan
I’ve been using the set and I like the removable handle. The pans are working all fine. I also like the fact that I can store them compactly. I give 4 star because there is not a lid for the 10” pan.

solid & well designed
The pots & pans came without a lot of extra packaging, which was great. The finish is wonderful and the cookware is very solid and feels great. The instructions were very good, except it wasn't clear whether or not they could be put in the dishwasher. It said to refer to the packaging, but there was no mention of anything other then the type of surfaces the cookware could be used with. I normally hand-wash my pots and pans, but include this for those who toss theirs in the dishwasher.
