These self heating eye masks are doing wonders for my tired and dry eyes. I find them very soothing and love the value pack. I don’t really smell anything but love them just the same. The are non irritating and comfortable. I put it on at bedtime and wake up a few hours later when they’ve cooled and just remove rhem. I am a light sleeper but these can easily serve as sleep masks overnight. They will help keep light out. They are that comfortable.

These came recommended on another website I read. I bought a small pack. I suffer from severe dry eye. I put these on when I go to bed and remove them whenever I wake up during the night. The results have been game changing. I wake up my eyes feel better. The heat comes on very subtly and feels great. I have since bought these several times and wear them to bed every night. For me they have definitely helped. I use Restasis and Miebo for my dry eye . These eye masks def help . I would recommend to anyone that suffers from dry eye.

These are a travel essential for me! I put one on while I'm on a flight and it really helps me sleep and keep my eyes not feeling dry from the plane air and they stay warm for quite awhile. Love the fragrance free ones since I am sensitive to many scents. I've been using these for many years and reccomend them to anyone who asks!

what I like about this is that when compared to other disposable eye compresses this product out does most of the ones on the market in terms of it is the cheapest it last longer than 10 minutes. It fits very well over your eyes and it provides me with just the right amount of heat. I have extremely dry eyes and I am prone to severe fatigue so my doctor has recommended that I use hot washcloth to make eye compresses, two times a day for 10 minutes each. That stimulates the glands from moisture however I always hated the fact that the hot compresses got cold so quickly. These compresses last long enough to really soothe your eyes. It does not steam your eye. Therefore, the advertising saying that it is a soothing steam compress is misleading because there is no steam . If I could find a product that offer the same benefits of using a clean washcloth to address my eye dryness I would, but I have not been able to find anything that does steam your eye that effectively some things to know that it’s not made of high-quality products , I would not recommend buying the scented kind, the flaps that hold it onto your face are very flimsy and it’s a little too expensive in order for me to use it every day. So that being said, I highly recommend purchasing a small insulated thermos and buying three washcloths, then wedding them with water and putting them into the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds and then placing them inside the thermos then finding a cozy spot on your bed and applying the compresses changing them every time they become cold you need to use them for at least 10 minutes. I use these not only for myself but they are also a staple for my massage clients......and they love them! The heat is comforting, lasts about 30 minutes and the lavender smell is subtle and very relaxing.

This is a great product at a reasonable price. My doctor suggested warm, wet compresses for my dry eye condition, and these are much more convenient and comfortable than a wash cloth. I moisten them with a few drops of water to enhance the steaming effect and leave them on for fifteen minutes or so. It’s a nice and relaxing self-care break, and they really make a difference for my dry eye. Great for travel. I used one as a heat pack to treat a minor injury recently, and it worked well for that, too. I’m glad that there is an unscented option because I don’t care for artificial scents, and I don’t want the unnecessary exposure to the chemicals from them.

These eye masks warm up very well, but they are too light weight to actually fit snuggly against your eye lids. They kinda rest on the facial bones around your eyes. In order to get full benefit from the heat you have to place your hands over the mask

So lovely

Living with dry eyes is very frustrating. After reading other reviews I decided to take a chance on the Jasmine. No it is not the strong scent of the lovely jasmine growing in my backyard. Rather a very subtle scent that is both peaceful and not overpowering. My eyes love these.. I cannot say these pads will remove the oil buildup that causes dry eyes. I can say the relief and ease of use is great,! Going to order more !

They are great for relieving my very dry eyes. I put one on every night before I go to sleep. They produce a moist heat that is very soothing and works better than the reusable eye patches that you microwave. They also last a long time! Great for long car rides and air planes. Highly recommend!

I use these in restorative yoga classes and other calming classes or workshops My students love them and find them very soothing. I've tried the lavender ones, too, but the unscented are my favourite because they're friendly for the scent-sensitive as well.
