Great for baby
I bought the pads toA) line under the top sheet of my grandsons bed, to save washing when he occassionally wets thru his pull up pants.B) as protective cover on the baby changing facilities when we are out and about. Those mats and pull down tables range from mildly acceptable thru to downright minging! We put the mat on the changer blue side down and if it is unmarked when we have finished then we leave it for the next kiddie.C) lay mat blue side down inside babies zipped sleep pod. We didnt have the mats when my first grandson was little, and his sleep pods would smell strongly of nappy when we unzipped him in the mornings, we had to wash the pods every other day at best. Lay the pod open and line the back side with a mat, from the arm holes down to the feetOnce baby is settled for bed Lay baby on the mat and zip up and fasten the shoulders. In the morning the pod is fresh smelling as the mat actually draws the aroma, and strangely enough, it also doesnt smell.A mat lasts us a week if babys nappy doesnt leak.It has saved me having to wash 3 pods every week... in winter that is a big big help. The fact that the mat is placed from the arm holes down to the feet, and baby is laid on it, keeps it in place. The odd time he has been fractious and wriggled about, the mat worked its way down to his feet. When he is bigger i will sew the mat in place with a running stitch by hand. That way he wont be able to pull it out.The mats are a big success and i will buy them again
