Utter Rubbish product doesn't do anything but read vin number , and I won't buy anything again , if I have to run around trying to print labels out before I can go to drop off , all should be Done at the drop off point !!

I got this for our 2018 Nissan Sentra when the check engine light popped on, and I’m so glad I did! I had been thinking about getting one for a while, but that little warning light pushed me over the edge. Product works great, got it same day shipping around 5pm, ordered at 10am. Had so many malfunctioning modules in the car but once I diagnosed using the scanner I only had 3 fault codes and one of them was the main brain behind all other modules (CAN/SAM) etc. Was trying to resolve Blower Motor constantly blowing even when turned off. Already purchased new blower, new resistor, fuses. still blowing. So I’m assuming maybe the wires got corroded or wet cause the wires were sticky (A/C Leak?). The scanner did not solve my issue but I played around with it and it did give me valuable information on my car, monitor systems, battery voltages, etc. all my car electrical started working after I unplugged the blower, maybe was causing too much of a voltage draw.l due to being stuck ON. The scanner works as intended and is quite damn fast at its response time and diagnostics, see for yourself if a friend has one. For me personally, I’ll use it for basic diagnostics but I know I’ll need a MB Star down the road to full diagnose a Mercedes.
