Thick crust but very tasty
I usually buy cheaper petit pains which have a thinner crust and a warm fluffy insideThese seeded rolls seemed to be quite a decadent version, and baked wellThe crust was a bit thicker than I like and took a but more effort to halve the roll, but the inside was on the money with a soft light middle, specked with poppy seeds I believeThe mixed seeds on top finished these off with a lovely crunch, and did not burn during the cooking time. And as some of the seeds ran down the side too, the base did not get left out from benefitting.I would definitely buy these again for a treat
