BLUE GINKGOKitchen Compost Bin [2.6L] – Filter-Free, Odor-Tight Countertop Food Waste Pail with Handles (Made in Korea, Grey)

This counter top compost bin is stylish and really practical. The bluey colour goes perfectly in my kitchen. Good size, holds enough without taking up too much room. No smell (but it is Autumn - the real test will be next Summer). The model I went for has a handle on the outer container and one on the inner container. They seem well made and suitable for their use. The inner container is a good design, any liquid drains through to the bottom. I’ve found it easy to empty and clean. Although more expensive than my previous OXO bin, I think this one is better designed, so worth it! So far, only positives…!

This is the ONLY kitchen compost bin that makes sense to me, as it allows liquids to drain! The lid seals tight, so there are no smells. The colander is very easy to clean. The quality is excellent. The design is compact and attractive. It's a win on all fronts. Buy. It. Now.

Looks good is just the right size, the last thing you want is some large bin on your worktop. It's easy to clean. For us just perfect to nip down to the compost bin and tip out. We only put in veg peelings, green waste. No cooked stuff or citrus and definitely no meat! That all goes in the council food recycling bin.

At first I expected to put a bag in but I understand the idea of the drip tray you don't need one and I just dump it straight into the food waste bin outside when it's full.It's a decent size and I've never smelt anything from it, and I just chuck it in the dishwasher every so often when it gets a bit manky on the inside.

Love this food waste bin. Looks good on my worktop. Easy to empty and keep clean. My last bin was metal and went rusty, this plastic bin is a much better design. I wash properly about twice a week in the dishwasher. A good buy.

Small and compact food waste bin. The inside container acts like a strainer so no food lies in liquid which also prevents a lingering smell. Easy to take apart and clean.

Needed a new caddy for food waste in our lovely new kitchen. This fit the bill perfectly. Great choice of colours, the blue is a great match and looks very stylish on the worktop. Good size and easy to clean and handle. I love it

This does what it says on the tin. It’s a little bin for your composer. The inner basket keeps food waste airfares and liquids drip to the bottom but it is a bit gross. I probably won’t buy one with an inner basket again. I expected the lid to seal but it doesn’t it just sits on top, and there is no way to lock it like other baskets. It is fine but I think there is probably items with better features available around the same price range. Colour is nice though and the reason I bought the item over others.
