Feels like rubber it does soak water and is light in weight but still sceptical even after use

Would definitely recommend this item
Purchased as a beach towel for a 4 year old. Very absorbent but does become quite heavy when wet. Easy to carry as less bulky than a normal towel. Washes well and lovely bright colours.
