Great weight for your backpack, really dials up the intensity of my workouts. Would recommend under caution due to the heaviness of the weight.

I have a Rucker 4.0 25L and reading the dimension of the 20 Kg plate from the Force fitness website it seemed like a perfect fit. It did fit. However it was SUPER tight and had the plate been a millimeter larger I doubt it would have fitted.There is no way I could have fitted a 25 Kg plate in the Rucker 4.0. So anyone with a Rucker 4.0 do not get the 25Kg plate, it will not fit.

My husband wanted this for his birthday to add to his heavy backpack (sorry, ruck!) And he's been overjoyed, and merrily going for long walks carrying it all around. Seems to keep his heart happy so all good.

I checked the size dimension of both the 25kg plate and plate carrier to ensude a fit.The plate carrier is way too small for the 25kg plate, the size dimensions as advertised are wrong!£90 for a plate that does not fit the carrier is a lot of wasted money!
