This bit is good, sharp, but with its size, you really need to go slow in the cut, even for soft wood. But it works great.

If you're ordering based on freedom units it will be very slightly off.The bit is well made, sharp, and did its job well.

it worked for me and what I wanted it to do.

Just used it for 44 holes on white oak clean cut very nice. Came the day they said it would.

I used this to bore about 16 holes in pressure treated 4x4s. I was somewhat skeptical when I ordered it because the price was so low, but it worked very well. And in case anyone else is looking for this, this size (1-11/16") is perfect for holes to fit a 1-1/4" galvanized pipe if it needs to be removable.

I use this bit to cut holes for pub glass flight boards. The last bit wore and dulled so quickly that it was burning the wood by the end of the first day I started using it. I debated paying top dollar for a new bit (e.g., Famag Bormax), but decided to try a mid-cost carbide tipped bit first. So far, I'm impressed. Spin this slowly on the drill press, and it cuts clean holes quickly. If it dulls prematurely, I will update this post. It's a qualified thumbs up for now.

Der Bohrer macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Schneidkanten sind sauber geschliffen.Ich verwende diesen Bohrer, um in Leichtbauwänden die Löcher für Steckdosen tiefer zu bohren.Der erste Schnitt wird mit einer Lochkreissäge bis 35 mm durchgeführt. Dann breche ich das Stück raus und bohre mit diesem Bohrer auf die gewünschte Tiefe.In Leichtbeton klappt das super!
