I read the reviews before placing an order for this item and to be honest, I was a little nervous of ordering. However, I read reviews for similar products (some of them way more expensive) and found that they were all similar so I took the chance as there was a lot of positive comments.I am delighted that I ignored the negativity. The board is in perfect condition without chips or marks as reported in reviews. The board is sturdy and easy to use and clean and having applied the conditioning beeswax I feel confident that the board will stay true. I love it and will be ordering a second board so that when I do the conditioning, I can leave it for the appropriate time to allow the wax to be absorbed. I would recommend the product.

This is a very large chopping/cheese board. It is huge in fact and can be used to protect your kitchen work tops or use it as a serving board for parties. The wood is very nice with a nice smooth finish. I can't complain about the product but I just can't justify that price!If money is of no object to you then this will be fine, but if you are on a budget you might need to look elsewhere.

Arrived promptly, easy to handle and wash.Note the dimensions, it won't fit into cramped cupboard space.Doesn't stain or mark any more than I expected of it.

THIS BOARD IS 61cmx 46cm AND NOT 58cmx43 !!!!It makes all the difference for me as it does not fit on my counter. I am, returning it and I feel quite annoyed about it.

Beautiful solid wood cutting board. It also came in nice packaging that would be perfect for gifting. It is heavy as to be expected. It’s definitely a staple in my kitchen.

My hubby got this large maple cutting board for me for Christmas. I have been wanting one for a long time that is large enough to roll out dough and this is just perfect. I used it twice after receiving it for making Christmas cutout cookies. It is a great size for that purpose, it's nice and flat and not warped and it was easy to clean up. It has notches on either end for finger grips and one side has a moat for catching juices when carving meat. I would have given this 5 stars, but after just two uses to roll out dough it cracked!! I'm so sad and have reached out to the vendor. Hopefully they will respond and make it right and I will be happy to amend this review once they do.EDITED - I'm happy to report that the vendor was very responsive and sent a replacement right away. I changed this to a 5 star review because this is an amazing cutting board, and due to the great customer service!

This is my workhorse cutting board, that I use everyday. The price for what you get is great, the board is smooth, level, made of quality wood. It will survive hand washing, and even comes with some beeswax to help maintain the board.Can’t recommend this enough.

The beezwax was not in the box. I wish it was, cause I liked that you sold it along with the cutting board.

UPDATE: The company contacted me after my review and generously sent me another board at no charge.I received a new cutting board and it is indeed a better color and not rough. It is beautiful and I am verygrateful for their generosity and fantastic Customer Service! For me this says everything about the Company's Character!Received the cutting board today and very disappointed in the color. Instead of the rich smooth color in the photo , I received a light colored rough board. If I had not already washed it I would return it especially since I got a splinter while washing it!
