Dont waste you money buying a similar cheaper product !! either dead on arrival on not a good product at all. can hardly feel the massage features. the warming function went from 0-100 and almost burned me. got too busy to organize a return. gave it a few goes, and even watched a video on youtube about it. but it just didn't do what i hoped it would. wasted my money.

I purchased the cordless waist & abdomen massager to replace my well used heat packs for my back pain, while my wife was searching for a solution to relieve menstrual pain. After using the massager for some time, we are pleased with its performance.The hot compress is my favourite feature, as it provides almost instant relief. With 16 intensity levels, it offers enough flexibility to meet personal preferences. I prefer the higher levels, while my wife prefers gentler ones. Although some of the 6 modes seem similar, the acupuncture and massage modes are notably different, and I use them depending on how I feel.The remote control is convenient, and the voice prompts make it user-friendly even in the dark. The device is lightweight and small, making it portable and discreet enough to wear at work.TIP: If you can't feel the vibrations, try making the skin a little wet. Also, be aware that when changing modes, the intensity level resets to one. So, you will have to bring it back up if you like the higher levels.

It warms up, but not as well as my old wheat bag. The "massage" settings do not help with my endo pain at all. I've gone back to using my microwavable heat bag I'm afraid.

The massager arrived well packaged which gave it a premium feel. The video included shows this. The massager itself seems to be built very well, and again feels premium. There was charge in the massager so I used it straight away. The functions worked as described and I was able to cycle through the modes and intensities. The metal pads were initially quite cold, but heated up quickly.I am used to a hard massage, which this massager doesn't give. It sends electrical pulses in different configurations and heats up the pads. It feels good and relaxing, but as it wasn't a hard massage I was dubious as to its effectiveness. The next morning, after having used it for 30 minutes the night before, my lower back pain was significantly decreased. The electrical pulses and modes (one of which is lumbar acupuncture) really was effective on me. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a gentle massage.
