Works great. Great for circulation. I was a smoker for 20 years, dumb I know. Circulation isn't great. I have been taking this for a few months and it's made a big difference. Recommended to a friend who was having tingling and numbness in hands and feet. 3rd day he said he was starting to feel a difference already. Good stuff. Has a MASSIVE amount of NUMEROUS enzymes for a fantastic price!! I used to pay more than this for JUST serrapeptase. This has it ALL.Took a few of these before bed the other night, and woke up VERY aware that I had in the morning. Works well for circulation. These enzymes also help with digestion, they'll help break down a heavy meal, or a heavy protein meal. I take on an empty stomach whenever possible so that the enzymes are used against unwanted anaerobic tissue, not food. But I have taken for food when feeling heavy and had good results. I was taking peptides for weight, this helped with digestion.

First- The bottle had no filler cotton & I had a broken capsule when I opened it. That effected the taste for sure.I don't know if it was this product. That said, the only things I have added on the past week was this product & my foot is normal sized for the first time in over a year. It is crazy. Just looked at it after sitting down on the floor & stretching out a cramp. I could see my ankle & the tendon to my big toe again.,Very different from the past Stay Puff Marshmallow experience. I got this because I recognized multiple items a couple friends suggested I should be taking anyway & was thinking that the capsules couldn't be large enough for all the supplement.If this is what has reduced the swelling/increased circulation/stopped my blacking out when I bend over, then the synergy of this blend is amazing!The again it could just be a Jedi mind trick that I have finally gotten to work after years of practice. You as the reader decide!

So I think this does what it’s supposed to. I’ve been taking it for awhile. Mostly for the Bromelain, but the new bottle (has nothing listed differently in %or ingredients) contains a completely different capsule???? I haven’t started the new bottle, was going to combine the last few from my prior with it and noticed the change.

The product came in one day as promised & was in good condition. The product is my personal choice. I have no information on how it works or even if it is doing what I want it to do for me yet.

😊Update: the company representative reached out to me and kindly offered a full refund.Heard great things about it but unfortunately didn’t work for me, after 2 days had to stop taking them.. made me feel sick.
