It fits. I use it as the slide lock.
I really like this clip, makes the knife a lot easier to carry and get to in your pocket. I use the clip itself as the slide lock for the blade instead of the original slide lock, and it works great. Guys at work like the knife and clip so much that they began to order their own.

Didn't work for me
I liked the concept and the kickstarter videos looked promising, but in reality this didn't really work. It was too loose to also turn the locking ring, so one had to fiddle with it to make it work. I tried it for a couple of days and it ended up being more annoying than anything else - so I returned it.
