Scooter is good quality and speed is fine and the battery is okay if you are not using for long distance rides because of the capacity of the battery only 20km

Tyres didn't last 3 months of usage. Had to change them. The battery doesn't last 10 minutes of usage. We are in February and I bought it last July. I am very disappointed !

Excellent budget-friendly scooter with Xiaomi's reliability.It's portable, weighs around 15KG.Delivers a smooth ride, reaching a top speed of 25kmh.Good build quality.Connects to the Xiaomi Home App.Only Con would be it's range, It's suitable for short trips and commutes with it's 20km range.

In general, not a bad scooter. But there are a few problems. After 500 km, the plastic began to rattle. The front wheel began to creak. Drum brakes also squeak a lot when braking. But the main disappointment is the new suspension. I have 90 kg and when I stand on it, it bends almost to the end and the suspension does not work as it should. It doesn't work at all. The speed is 25 kilometers per hour and at the moment it is impossible to increase it. Thanks to Amazon for returning the scooter. In general, I am disappointed in him. It may be suitable for people with a weight of up to 60 kg and those who definitely do not need a speed of over 25 kilometers per hour.

Unfortunately i have to return mine as the max speed is 25kph only. Abd for me this is too slow.

I upgraded from a scooter 2 pro to this one...Fit and finish are good. (Except for the slightly shaky handlebars which is normal even for the earlier scooters... Nothing wrong with it).The higher power (and voltage) motor is certainly a bonus.The bigger tyres are really stable.The newly integrated indicators are extremely bright for the night, while not enough for the day and the beeping is feeble outdoors and some times I feel like the switch gets in the way of my hands while riding.The locking mechanism is really simple and quiet compared to my old one.The box does not include any spare tires.Be sure to tune (just rotate the nut on your drum brakes clock wise) your brakes once you assemble as from factory they will not be powerful enough.The motor on the rear is a bonus..... With added traction while accelerating hard.I've only ridden on sport jumping from curb to curb and I've ridden 25km with 40% remaining.You should get better on a flat road.I'm really tempted to try and use a custom firmware and unlock its full potential but maybe no id keep the warranty.I've read on forums that this one has a security chip that won't let me and I'll have to change hardware to do that.The motor on this is like really powerful compared to the 2pro.... Even fully unlocked and at a really high current a scooter 2 pro would struggle to keep up with this in terms of acceleration.

Had the item for 4 months and the battery is now faulty and no one will take responsibiilty to replace or fix it. Beware of who the seller is.
