Amazing.-------------I'm on a diet for summer vacation, and I haven't moved my weight for a while since the stagnation period came. So I took this medicine because I heard it helps me lose calories. At first, I didn't know, but after about a week, the scale that didn't move started to move little by little. It's not perfect yet, but the size of my body has gotten smaller, so I come out to shop and take pictures. I think it will help those who like carbs.

So needless to say it was not effective... I've always been tiny and petite but I had a baby 3 years ago and during Covid so I'm not used to the baby weight gain. I am not fat but I have a mid section and some bloating and I was hoping this would help but it did not, might just be my situation. I am almost done with one bottle and I will not use the other bottle.

A colleague recommended this product, and I actually knew this brand already, and I had experience with other products from this brand, so I trusted it and bought it right away. The size of the pill is enough small for easy swallowing, and after taking this before going to bed for 3 days in a row, it definitely helped with bowel movements, and I felt that my stomach, which had been bloated due to gas, was relieved. If it continues to be effective after eating a whole bottle, I plan to continue purchasing it as a nutritional supplement.

I’ve been taking it every night before bed, and I definitely notice a difference the next morning. I wake up feeling less bloated and much lighter.Not sure about actual weight loss, but it definitely helps with swelling!

It's easy to swallow with water. Like many other products, I'll have to see how it will effect me over time.

Does not work as it’s promised. Do not waste your money. I have been using it for a month and no results.

It's a good product, and it has been helping with lessening bloating and helping me feel less fatigued.

I was a victim of Instagram and purchased this item. I followed the instructions for the full bottle and saw no difference in weight. The only thing I did notice was the nausea it caused it taken on an empty stomach. I threw up a couple times due to this. Dont’t buy.
