TassimoBaileys Latte Macchiato

Wow - these are delicious. I'm a pretty heavy coffee drinker, and I often find flavored lattes/macchiatos missing the mark. There are in fact very few that I would ever consider giving 5 stars - so this is pretty big for me. What I love about these:-A balanced coffee vs flavoring profile. Most of the time you get minimal coffee and all flavoring, but with the Bailey's Latte Macchiato this isn't the case. The espresso shot brewed over the cream pod holds up and provides that underlying coffee foundation that is completely necessary for this type of drink.-Salty and sweet: These pods, to my tastes, have a perfect little hint of salt. It reminds of my favorite parts of a well made salted caramel mocha, minus the mocha. The end result is a really deep and rich flavor that I've not ever found from a pod before now.-Just the right size. By my estimation this makes about a 9-10oz drink, which does not sound like much but due to the richness and depth of flavor ends up being just right. Like an expensive dessert, it's good to feel like you've enjoyed the perfect portion. Any more and you'd tire of it, and any less you might be left hanging.Bottom line: I would consider these a must try for anyone who even remotely enjoys the Bailey's flavor profile.

I combine this macchiato with an espresso pod. It’s a subtle flavor but it’s just enough for me. It allows the flavor Coffee to come through.

Tassimo coffee/tea pods arent sold in any stores near me anymore so I was so excited to find them on Amazon. This flavor was delicious and was a great wakeup treat. Although pricer than some other coffee choices its a steal when you compare it to similar drink options at your local coffee shop. Budget friendly and satisfying, these are a win for me!

I bought this because you can’t buy this in the grocery store. Only found in Europe.It was delivered fresh and taste great.Only complaint is price is high but this is probably the price we pay to import this. This normally cost £4 in the the U.K. but since we can’t get it in the grocery store I’ll pay the price and it’s worth it.

Because at home I sometimes put a bit of Bailey's into my cappuccino, I thought I'd try this product out, and it was a good purchase. The taste is there, the latte is proper, and it's a way of drinking Bailey's without really drinking Bailey's at work since it's flavoring, not the actual alcohol. I'll enjoy it with my work machine in the morning in my office.

The flavor is all in the milk pod, so if you make it like the box says milk first coffee second what you get is a standard latte until you get to the flavored milk at the bottom. Definitely make the coffee pod first, and you'll get more of the Baileys flavor. Still, it would be simpler and more accurate to taste if you just put a splash of Baileys in a normal latte. Overall it was decent.
