Big Fan
I've been using Heavy Grips for years and really like them. I have found them be very useful and effective for building and maintaining grip and forearm strength. They're an easy addition to my regular training that can be done away from the gym sitting at my desk at work, watching TV, or riding in a car. For as long as they last and as effective as they are, the price is nominal. It's seems as though on some of them the knurling is a bit much, but on the grips w/particularly aggressive knurling, I just wrap them w/some medical tape and that helps. These will definitely make the palms of your hands tougher. I have them all from 100-150lbs.

Lo compré para mi esposo y está encantado con el producto. Según sus palabras es todo un desafío a pesar que lleva tiempo entrenando. El agarre es bueno y es antideslizante, por lo que la mano puede hacer más presión aunque sude un poco. Muy buena marca, recomendable al 100%.
